Omg thank heavens for u! I was about ready to buy a new vacuum even though I’ve only had this Shark vacuum for 2 years 😞 I couldn’t figure out how to unlock the screws underneath and who would’ve thunk it that all I needed was a penny! My hose was so clogged and now my vacuum suction works again. Thank you, thank you 😊
You are ever so good at communicating simple instructions. I bought a Shark from the car boot this morning. Your advice helped me to fix the lack of suction!
@@redfraggle77 thank you so so much. That means the world to me as I hate being on camera and I struggle even after doing 70 videos. I love to help though and always grateful for people letting me know that i have cured an issue Jonny
@@louises25 ignore the pet bit as all models have a pet version… it just means they came with a pet stair tool. The floor tools can differ with some opening from the top. What model number do you have? On silver sticker under floor tool?
@@louises25 oooh just remembered this one. It’s likely yours opens like the model in the video on the link below. 5 seconds in, you see me in clipping one from the top th-cam.com/video/bhKSSGAJyWo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=VrUQZWxLhCsOEMwJ
@@louises25 ok so yours is the more basic single roller model. Only way to take apart is by torx screwdriver. If your brush is tangled just cut any hair with scissors If you are looking for a blockage just remove the pipe and look down into the floor tool that way Hope this helps
