Ay thanks for this. Got into the game recently during the hype for Type Lumina so me and some friends started playing this. Ciel is just mad fun, so many tools for many situations.
After 2BB you can cancel into j.623B which is ok on block and leaves you at a good range to use 5C (similar situation to when you use it after an air throw ender in the corner), but is easy to ex guard. You can also cancel into j.236A/B to do an ok hit/throw mixup (also like after an air throw ender in the corner). It's not very good but it's something.

1 - Down-back (crouching block)
2 - Down (crouch)
3 - Down-forward (crouching forward)
4 - Back (walking backward)
5 - Neutral (no input)
6 - Forward (walking forward)
7 - Up-back (jumping back)
8 - Up (jumping straight up)
9 - Up-forward (jumping forward)
