    I'm three months in and 40 lbs down. I started so strong with diet & fitness but I'm hitting a mental wall....I'd even say financial. As my stress goes up I'm going back to my bad habits and truly pray I can resume as we go into 2025!
    Thanks for the tips and I hope we can all stay encouraged!!!
    My greatest progress came when I stayed AWAY from fast food (too many preservatives). I dropped by doing 3 things....more water, more protein and more strength training. I reduced EVERYTHING else and the weight melted off with each injection!

    Girl I'm 42 and still trying to get it together lol... I'm on the shots and the food noise is back...I've gained a few lbs during holidays but I'm ready to give my all and lose 30lbs! Thanks for motivating me.❤🎉 happy new year

    I drink carbonated water regularly since on my Tirzepatide! Must depend on the person!

    When I eat fried foods a lot. I get the burps and nausea

      Im sitting up here w/nausea & heartburn right. I can normally drink like a fish. I had only 1 of those little white wine bottles come in 4pack. I felt like i was going pass out & throw up. Now stomach churning. Terrible

    I take black girl vitamins too I take the iron supplements d3 I am waiting on the b12 that I ordered. And I will be doing their probiotics and their collagen powder. I do the collagen gummies. So I only been on those for a few weeks. I won’t know how the iron and the d3 is until next month with my blood work. Collagen I am not sure what I am supposed to to notice lol cause I never took that before

      Collagen is good for your skin, nails and hair growth and so much more. I use black girl vitamin supplements also.

    Any fiber supplements do you recommend? My fiber intake is horrible. But I've been good with avoiding sugar, carbs, and processed food. However, I've slowed down on the water and exercised. I dkn if it's me I get acid reflux when I drink too much water 🤷🏾‍♀️. Not sure what's up with that
