Hey Keisha I seee yooou!!!! That’s awesome that you are at the point that your are tapering off and slowing down. As u know I was on a glp1 since May and I wasn’t losing the weight quickly or easily. In July I hired a personal trainer and I’ve been focused in on strength training and eating right. I still take the weekly injections but I’ve only lost a total of 12lbs 😩😩😩 I canceled the subscription to the program so I’m just taking the last of what I have for now. I don’t think it really worked for me at all 🫠 I’ve just been putting in the work. I look forward to u getting back in that gym girl 💙
