I think you can use the fireplace in the living room. A bookshelf on either side and a fireplace in the middle would look great. I love the effect of the fireplace during the Christmas season. And another suggestion, I think a nice big rug under the bed in your bedroom would look great. 🥰😍

I am retired now at 74 but I spent my entire adult life in elementary classrooms and I miss it terribly! Your bedroom is amazing!
