I was having high variant credit card of axis bank which is vistara having charge of 1500.
After 9 months I requested customer care to downgrade my credit card to flipkart axis & it got approved with same limit of 25k.
Also both cards are working flipkart & vistara.

Some informations are outdated.
1. Axis Bank representatives can take a photo of the original document through their device if you provide them with originals so no photocopy required same with photo, if you are in a place with enough lighting and background they will take a live photo.
2. Issuing the card will hardly take around 7 working days unless there is a problem with your documents.
PS. it's CIBIL score not civil, a typo but acceptable.
