@@maverick4264 Not foreign channels. I meant there are so many other Indian channels on similar topics which waste time more than providing any valuable information. For example, there is a channel where there are more shayaris and advertisements than points and if you watch 10min of their video it would be having only 1 min of useful information hence, waste of time.
But over here, I have seen many videos and each one of them make me take notes throughout the video.

Since the IPO of second REIT of India by Mindspace & Blackstone is on its way..can you please make a video on how much is the minimum investment for retail investors (I guess the guidelines have been modified after the Embassy REIT listing). The minimum investment at the time of IPO and while buying it from the open market after listing. Additionally if possible can you share your thoughts on performance of Embassy REIT ?
