BOY WTF... I've literally never seen a better Skyrim Mods tutorial before. It's just perfect, your voice, quality, speed, circles, for both Vortex and NMM and even possible errors plus how to resolve them. And all of that in a very reasonable time... you deserve a medal! It's really great, man. Clear, step-by-step explanations that even a troglodyte like me can follow, not to mention your great system for navigation of the video, with clearly-labeled, different sessions for different subjects. The little bar that displays how much time the session has left is just genius. You got yourself a sub.

Well 80 hours later I uninstalled fnis after having a T pose now my game wont start up, I don't think I want to play modded skyrim anymore

Well, there are plenty of mods you can play that are not dependant on FNIS, even some animation ones, but you'd have to read the descriptions and requirements. And trust me, the more you mod, the more crashes can happen, it takes patience and learning how to set them up in order, but its basically a guarantee for stuff like this to happen when you mod. Just restart, see what could've been the issue and try again with a new save.

not really, no. just pause it as you go. dont pass over any of the notes (eg: starting with fresh install of skyrim se).. etc.

Honestly, I don't know why I even bother spending 3 days googling fixes for stuff anymore, since nearly every single time I've had an issue, your instructions have fixed it for me! You're a legend. I tried for about 4 hours and it never worked so I gave up, I followed this exactly and tried more than one time with clean installs and it never worked once. I feel like I missed something and my Skyrim save is just getting destroyed
You shouldnt be adding mods like this on a save in progress.

Every time I update FNIS it tells me I have 2Warning(s) and I do not know how to check those warnings
You are seriously a gentleman and a scholar, dude. Started a new Skyrim playthrough, spent some time making the perfect looking character, and then as soon as anyone started moving, it was just T-pose city. I love what FNIS can do, but man, I wish it wasn't so wacky to get going at times. I hear Nemesis might be a competitor now, though, so hopefully that continues to develop.

You move them . Keep overwrite empty and keep what you move organized.

It's 2021 and your tutorials are still the best out there. I hope you don't mind I downloaded this one and a few others for offline use when traveling (I now archive all the mods I use in case they ever disappear. I've learned that lesson the hard way and so I have something to do while traveling).
Getting a new theme up and running for Mod Organizer 2 has been a life saver over using Vortex as I can actually see the font better in MO2, however the font used gives me a headache which has never happened before.
Also going through this tutorial I found out that MO2 was saving to my smaller driver instead of the D drive which was slowing down my PC so thanks for that.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS. I uninstalled a mod that recommended FNIS and all of my characters were stuck in t pose no matter what I did. Your video was the reason my characters can move again and I can safely uninstall the mod… keep up the fantastic work!

Whatever mod is above another in the load order is overwritten by the lower mods.
Wow, thank you. I did not make the FNIS - Output folder before. I just did and can see the difference in Mod Organizer 2. Now I will check to see if I have been missing things that I thought were working, but they actually never fully got activated.

Biggest problem was Vortex screwing with me since it did a lot of this stuff directly and I somehow found the FNIS.exe in 3 different locations, when it only belongs in the game folder.
