    Just a little tip here, you didn’t need to chop the cucumber the reason why it didn’t blend was because you hit the smoothie button. Since you’re making a smoothie with 1 or more vegetables with SKIN, simply hit the (extract) button (: it’ll blend real good you don’t even have to shake the blender or chop anything before blending. Extract button will blends vegetables and fuits that have skin. Smoothie button is only for vegetables and fruits without the skin. At least that’s what I’ve found to be very useful i love this blender it’s perfect!

      I was going to suggest the same thing. I think the extract button would be the way to go for those ingredients. I take that back. After experimenting with it off and on today, I don’t think that the extractor function is an available option with the 72 oz pitcher, only with the 24 oz cups. I learned it the hard way with a slice on my finger. Live and learn. Noice in this video, the extractor button doesn’t light up when he turned it on.

    Juicing takes out the fiber making your juices a sugar concentrated liquid. If you don't want a sugar high and are trying to lose weight, then blending is the one you should go for!

    What to improve in Ninja Blender ?
    Make better noise isolation.
    Get rid of the rubber gasket in the blade part that comes in contact with the cup for less gunk ( a problem of all cup blenders in the marke).
    Build Quality of Ninja Blender is much better then Nutribullet and though noisy the Ninja Blenders are less Noisy then nutribullet and hay higher Watt then Nutribullet .

      Addendum here. I don’t think the extractor function is available with the 72 oz pitcher, only the 24 oz cups. I’ve experimenting today and came back to your video to see if the extractor button lit up on yours and it didn’t. And not on mine either but it does on the 24 oz cups. One slice on my finger later I’ve learned my lesson. Thanks for your video. It confirmed my suspicion. They should write this in the instruction booklet.

    • @UncleBillsKitchen
      @UncleBillsKitchen  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      LOL, I completely understand. But I should warn you. Watching YT videos at 2X speed is addicting. You will be able to watch twice as many videos in the same time. Furthermore, your brain will start to get used to seeing things at that speed and you will start to experience conversation lag. When in person, people seem to speak too slow! lol. You have been warned.
