I saw Michael Ande's movies with WSK when I was a little girl, but have never seen this...he was so litlle....wow..

Very late my reply: I think that his singing voice in Die Trapp Familie was doubled by a soloist of the Vienna Boys Choir.
In the meantime I know that his singing voice in all the WSK-films was doubelt !

We can see here that Michael was a decent enough boy alto singer at this time. That's why we can figure out the that the high soprano parts he's shown singing in the Vienna Choir Boy movies were obviously dubbed by a choir soloist!
AML2000 Are you sure that Michael Ande himself is singing here ? I also heard that he was doubled in the WSK-movies (1957 and 1959).
wskfanclever Of course I wasn't there, but he has such a distinctive voice that I'm over 90% sure in my opinion that he was singing here. He speaks and sings in his chest voice (typical of boy altos although classically trained boy altos will usually use their head voices for higher notes) but his head voice occasionally adds overtones like a subtle crackle. Boys whose voices are just starting to change often have that characteristic too, but we know that Michael still had an unchanged voice 3 years later. I can't say for sure about the yodeling, but a having both head and chest voices helps to do that as well.
My video for a long time was "half-public" only. I don´t know why. By the way: Of course I don´t have the copyright. A litttle bit more of the film you will find in one of the other following comments.

Where can we see the whole film pleae? What is the name? And is the little boy who sang in French a WSK?
The boy is/was the kid actor Michael Ande. Later he also was cast (!) in two movies with the Vienna Boys´Choir. His singing voice then was doubled.
Here is a little bit more: Half-public since January 27th., 2017. I don´t have the copyrigt !!!

MA was not singing himself (?).
