First of all, YES! you do look cute with your hair up like this 🥰 But also can we talk about that makeup look?! Gorgeous! 😍 I agree with you on many aspects, especially the hair being a bit too long on some of these dolls 💇♀ You absolutely KILLED IT with the fox girlie, her redesign is perfect! 🦊✨
I think all of these were an improvement aside from the seal girl I personally really liked her seal printed leggings. I think you did a great job at adding mutch needed contrast. My favorite was the fox girls redesign
I agree with all of the changes you made as far as 2D design goes. The designs would even work better for an animated show or movie. But if you’re holding the doll psychically in your hands and looking at it in 3 dimensions I don’t think the lack of contrast is as much of an issue as it is when you’re just looking at a photo. In real like you’d have a much easier time differentiating the dress/skirt from the hair. Also I think your ponytail looks cute!
Actually just making them mini improves them. They are so much cuter as mini dolls. I don’t think the regular ones are being made anymore. My two minis are the only new MGA items i bought last year.
My genuine reaction to this was “oooo I love na na na surprise” followed about ten seconds later by “ooooo I love the ponytail”!😂 these edits were so good, na na na surprise are so hard to get in the UK we get a very limited release, which is a shame cause I love the minis!😂 we only got series 2
love your channel so much! been going through and binging all your ranking and redesign vids, I don't always have the same doll preferences or opinions but I love hearing your takes and seeing you bring your own ideas into dolls. Always so fun to watch
I love the ponytail! I used to have Alex Hart but something about her just didn’t wow me anymore. If she had your edit, I would have kept her! Roxy Foxy looks so much better with the contrast of the darker hair! I’ve never seen the last one before, she’s very precious and your edit is best 😄 Hmmm, what about edits with classic Disney Princess dolls or maybe Disney doll sets (Wish, Encanto, Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, etc)?
I think for the winter themed doll at the end, all of the parts that you made black I would instead make the same shade of dark pink as the collar of her sweater. But I am a person that is basically allergic to black so I don't like having too much black on doll clothes or in my personal wardrobe lol
11:17 I personally would have kept the black on black top and made the skirt the same light pastel pink that's on the jacket and the hair a darker pink so it still stands out I don't really love the white tops on dolls thing unless it's more fantasy. But that's just my 2 cents, your edit also makes sense I guess.
Cute, cute! The last 2 are ones I didn't buy BUT if they had looked like you restyled them I would have!!! The foxy girl especially cause I wanted to like her but it was just sooooooo much one-note red. So so so cute Good job Love your vids! Sidenote: have you ever checked out the BFF cry babies fashion dolls? They are kinda cute and fully articulated.
I have the 1st doll and the polka dots are on the dress, the coat is clear! I honestly wish they would have made the hat with polka dots instead of the dress.
I would honestly loved if they gave the fox girl a big pony tail that mimicked that of a fox tail and a scrunchie hair tie thing also at the bottom to make it poof like the white fox tail tip Or twin tails that both look like tails It would have lent for a better silhouette
It's kind of funny to me that you mentioned your hair when you did cuz as soon as I saw you I said "oh, such a cute look today" out loud to no one 😂 Also I definitely would have bought Roxy if she looked like that!!
The last one urks me as someone who draws and enjoys character designing I get the idea behind the edit But the black almost is to dark to me of a contrast for an almost pastel and silver doll . To me if it was lightly thinner black lines not so chunky and distracting and wasn't so eye catching vs the no contrast, I'm not sure. Maybe if there was black lines outlining both the top and bottom of the brim pf the beanie and maybe a light blue pom pom it wouldn't pull attention from the sweater so much and mimic the stitching in the sweater that just uses black as a highlight not a main color. I also think it's a crime they gave her pink soles for her shoes and didn't make her shoe laces also pink which would have been more contrast using the same color palette as I do really love silver hair dolls. Although this is coming from just an artist that doesn't like these dolls enough to buy so I feel I'm not to bias to the original dias or redesign Either way it's a valiant effort for sure to spruce the designs up
Your hair is looking fabulous plus the changes you’ve made are really good
Thank youuuu ☺️

Thank you omg 🥰
Maybe for another "fixing" video you can do the Disney's or Jakks ILY dolls? I love most of their designs but some could use some "fixing". LOL
Oh that could be fun!!

I really like what you did with the pink and black doll.
Thank you ☺️
I really like all the changes you did on all the na na na dolls. Best of all I love your make up and hair today, you look so beautiful ❤
Aw thank you so much!!
Actually just making them mini improves them. They are so much cuter as mini dolls. I don’t think the regular ones are being made anymore. My two minis are the only new MGA items i bought last year.
That’s so real haha the minis are my fave version

Ah thank you!! That’s super interesting that the UK releases have been so limited given just how many of them we got over here…
The Alex Heart edit would make me wanna buy her if she was sold like that 😍

I was thinking the same thing.

i do think they look better the way you did it
Thank you!! Did my best haha

Love your vids!

I have, almost decided to get one but ultimately I think they’re not for me…quite cute though!
I think your next restyling video should be with Ken dolls. But I’m biased. 🤪
You? Biased? 😂
@@FaeryTaleDolls That comment feels very pointed. 🤪

Please do Bratz!!!
I’m so sorry I am NOT brave enough 😭😭
