The shares at 12:12 are administrative, hidden shares created by the OS (i.e., not by the user). The $ and "Default share' mean that. They can be disabled but this is not always desirable.
Sir i need a help from u .. i made a bootable kali linux usb pen drive and i live inatalled to the computer after installing wired connection was not stablished so i ticked the loca location in the network setting after that connection was istableshed but when i used firox browser its showing that server was not found ...i am tired to solved that ploblem so i need a help from u..plz help..

I have been trying to enumerate Kioptrix1 (which is running samba 2.2.1a) using "smbclient -L host", however, I'm getting NT_SATATUS_IO_TIMEOUT error. I looked at the Wireshark output, I found out that the server (Kioptrix) is not responding to the "Negotiate Protocol Request" packet sent by the client.
Please I need your help! Thank you in advance.

Are you going to pay him for it? If not, then I'd suggest you be a bit more considerate and grateful to the guy.
