Karen is very angry at Zac, and she hates Fatima. I caught something else in that interaction between Karen and Fatima. When Fatima was telling Karen about popping up and said when some woman pops up at your door, Karen got very defensive and said Some Woman? That right there told us that she feels entitled to pop up to their house, and then Fatima took it straight to her, saying Baby Mama popping up to your door. Fatima let her know you ain't special. I guess the thought of baby mama popping up to pregnant wife/fiancés door helped them false pains come along. Aaron may be Karen's useful idiot for now, but I have a feeling that he is going to catch on ,to Karnes games I really believe he's going to be Karen's baby daddy from hell, because rejection and being used tend to bring out the worst in people.
Karen could have told Aaron right then and there that it was her fault for popping up at their house and got upset..but she didn’t and wasn’t going to say anything if Fatima hadn’t said anything. She’s just messy and if Aaron was as mature as some think he would ask what happened vs just coming at Zac for stressing out Karen when he really isn’t the cause..js
But she doesn't have the right to show up at their house every time she has one, a phone call to Fatima and asking her to talk to Zac, or asking if it's ok to come over, that would've been the proper way to handle the situation and could've solved the problem.
Of course Karen is back to her old ways. Without her being a real Karen she has no script. The character Karen has no relevance without Zac and Fatima therefore the drama will always be a part of their interactions.

Karen could've avoided all of that by calling Fatima and asking her to talk to Zac, she doesn't have the right to just show up at their house every time she's upset, it's called BOUNDARIES
I think you may be missing the point. I don't believe he's blaming anything on Karwn, but if we look at the situation, she could have said more at the hospital because it wasn't an argument at the house. When Karen and Aaron got home and he questioned her. She didn't tell the truth about what went down and why she went to the house and what was discussed. Most importantly, she didn't tell him why she got stressed, which is finding out Fatima is pregnant. She even had a playback of what happen in her mind. The thing about Karen is you go back to all of the seasons, she has a way of manipulating situations where she's wrong, and she not only don't take accountability for her actions, but people actually tip toe around her feelings. That's Zac and Fatima, as well as her friends. She will literally apologize for something, but still make sure she lets you know that it's your fault. Her friends can call her out of her shit, yet she comes back with throwing shade at what they've done in their past rather than sticking with the topic. There is no accountability what so ever.

We have watched Andi play in her face several times when it comes to Fatima. Her so called Sistas literally had a brunch and talked about her with Fatima being present. So, again, who exactly is walking on egg shells with Karen?
