Happened to my D&D party recently, though with a creature not cute at all. Gregor was the servant of a slave-owner master werewolf. He was an ugly hooded figure that barely spoke. But they were immediately smitten with him. Refused to kill him during the fight and went out of their way to spare him afterwards too. Still don't know why, I didn't give much of a description for him, he delivered like three lines, and I didn't even do a voice for him. But players will do what players will do.
This entire stream has the vibe of when it's 3 a.m. at a sleepover, everyone is giddy but also singularly committed to going deeper and deeper into an in-joke rabbit hole that mere mortals from the outside could not dare to comprehend Masterpiece, 10/10, no notes, cracked me up like Bing Bong cracked against those flagstones

Can we all take a moment to appreciate that they didnt only bring their characters to life, but its highly likely that none of them played D&D prior to their involvement in BG3, now they are full blown nerds that are proudly roleplaying their characters and loving every second of it. I wish every game company and VA/Actor in general had the level of enthusiasm and passion that Larian and the VA team have.

Truly the most IMProvised of all weapons, the IMPact he had on so many in such short a time was truly IMPressive. And although he is not dead, but sIMPly returned home, we all still wish him to live well, and rest IMPeace...
I almost started singing "Candle in the Wind" in Bing Bong's honor, but I thought it would ignite too many bad memories. Unfortunately, my flashes of genius do not always kindle the most heartwarming environments, but thankfully, my inner kindness shines bright as a fire and I will therefore remain respectfully silent. Why expose myself, when ashes we will all become in the end.
So my dogs name is King, as with many people his doggy nicknames got more and more ridiculous as time goes on. First became King Kong, then King Kong Bing Bong, and now sometimes I just call him Bing Bong. I died laughing watching high rollers. I love his silly nickname even more now.

I still remember one time in the supermarket I spilled an entire jug of milk. People were staring, kids were crying, hell, even I was crying, and Bing Bong took the shirt off their back and cleaned it up, right there in the middle of the store. Oh dear the supermarket doors are never going to be the same to me, but rest in peace Bing Bong. And you two are adorable, I wish you lots of happiness. And hopefully Larian will do more work, with all of you because they struck gold. I have never played dnd, no friends who played it. But I still bought the game, and don't regret it a bit. We as gamers complain when games are rubbish and not fun, but we must also cherish and nurture games when their good. And Baldur's gate 3 is very good, even if I have no idea what I'm doing. And Larian focus on the people who matter, the gamers and what they want.
I haven't had this much fun watching the cast of a video game outside of the game, well...EVER. While it's true that BG3 is no ordinary video game, each and every person that worked on it, is on their own, not just immensely talented in what they do, but they seem like exceptionally fun and authentic people, in real life. Thank you, not just for the hundreds of hours of fun I've had inside the game, but for the seemingly endless amount I'm having out of it as well.

I dare say I almost like the bing-bong saga more than the actual story of BG3 lol! It has highs, lows, romance, drama and a moral for everyone: savor the moments with your loved ones, before a Githyanki smashes them back to hell.

Oh dear the supermarket doors are never going to be the same to me, but rest in peace Bing Bong. And you two are adorable, I wish you lots of happiness. And hopefully Larian will do more work, with all of you because they struck gold. I have never played dnd, no friends who played it. But I still bought the game, and don't regret it a bit. We as gamers complain when games are rubbish and not fun, but we must also cherish and nurture games when their good. And Baldur's gate 3 is very good, even if I have no idea what I'm doing. And Larian focus on the people who matter, the gamers and what they want.
I haven't had this much fun watching the cast of a video game outside of the game, well...EVER. While it's true that BG3 is no ordinary video game, each and every person that worked on it, is on their own, not just immensely talented in what they do, but they seem like exceptionally fun and authentic people, in real life. Thank you, not just for the hundreds of hours of fun I've had inside the game, but for the seemingly endless amount I'm having out of it as well.
