hi, mine is a 2006 right hand drive, so located under the driver side but its a 1.1 active, no AC so i cannot open the cover to replace the filter am i right?

Models with no AC may not have cabin filter as you mention, but you could looking for this on the co-driver side. Thanks for watching & comment.
