Actually my first aerial capture was the Stormbird, I lost my Sunwing but defeated Stormy on the ground. Shock weapons FTW. I was bummed about losing the bird that defeated Regalla.
@@jusafuto this is incorrect. It won't show up if you do any other aerial capture first. I just did it while having the main mission done by reloading a save before I did the other ones.
Just wanna point out that 4 months later, it’s still sadly not fixed. I did the Hollywood one first and then beat the game and the thing isn’t showing up for North :(
I am in the same boat with the NORTH AERIAL CAPTURE. I have reloaded dozens of times, gone back to earlier saves and redone everything up to the Aerial Capture but the TRANSMITTER just glows and Aloy never says, "I NEED TO FOLLOW THE PATH OF THIS TRANSMITTER". I cannot complete the series because of this. Hopefully they fix this soon. I have completed the DLC so thinking about doing the whole game over in NEW GAME + and hopefully by the time I get back to the Burning Shores they will have this fixed.... I enjoyed the DLC but I am one of those who like to finish everything when possible.....
For the ones having issues with the bug in the first one, reloading a save point is not enough. You need to reload one that’s before you ended the DLC. If you try to get the collectibles after the end of the DLC it will always bug until a patch is released.

I hope this helps for some. I've seen online where there are two bugs where 1) is you can't interact with the black box to initiate the quest for aerial capture north and 2)(this is the one I encountered) is while undergoing the quest by following the arrow tracks and after reaching the audio checkpoint (this is the one after passing the sunwing site 2:06) the tracks then disappear and don't show the next arrow tracks for the last checkpoint but the quest is still active. FIX: 2:06 I didn't want to load the last saves prior so I just went and followed the arrow tracks on the video as best I could without losing the signal and ultimately led me to the last audio checkpoint prompting the R3. The last checkpoint is also visible when approaching it from a far. I hope this helps Thanks for posting the video!
Wait till you can override and fly the new bird machine. That was happening for me. Then track his lane into the clouds above this little island and there you will find the stormbird. After killing him you are able to open the doors on this small island.
After 3 hours I was able to solve it Since i was doing all 6 in a row , i reloaded a save where i didn't complete yet the North East and i tried to give priority North and it worked . Seems like if you complete North east before North, the glitch happens
@@Iserrot99 can confirm! northeast is the trigger for this bug. loaded a safe where none was done, did northeast and north didnt work. then i reloaded and did north first and it worked perfectly.
I did North first, it’s showing as complete, but not in my collectibles menu. Patch out today hasn’t fixed it. The other one I haven’t done is South. I see in this video that when you have 5 of them Aloy says there’s one last signal she’s picking up and (in this video) it’s the South. South isn’t spawning for me at all and I think it’s due to the North one not showing in my Notebook. I haven’t finished DLC yet either.

Guys if you can't find the Storm Bird try this out it worked for me just now and finally i got the trophy. Fast travel to any point out side the DLC i mean go to the old game, close the game and start it again then fast travel to the DLC and change the time to the night then fly to the cloud. If it worked please give me joy by telling me. Good luck all 👍
If you look at the left of the lootbox, you can see some "break discs" hang on the wall. You have to shot an arrow to them in a specific order: 1 - 5 - 6 - 5 - 1 - 5 - 6 - 2 - 3. Its the game or aloy music.
@@rtr50950 reload a save in which you have not discovered the stormbird yet, I think it doesn’t work if you discover the stormbird but you close the game before defeating it
Had the same issue. Got to the end of the first trail and couldn’t find the Stormbird to save my life. Saved at the campfire on the island and restarted the PS5. Did the initial trail and the bird just appeared
NORTH STILL BUGGED AS OF 5/11. I already finishem main story, and all other aerial captures except NORTH and SOUTH. The recorder wont let me interact to repair it, in order to unlock the airborne starting point/path. Im on PS5, and cant revert to an early enough save to bypass this, and I really dont want to reinstall the game and start over.
Have the same problem. Hoping an update will solve this issue. But you don’t need the aerial captures to get the platinum trophy as its part of the DLC, not from the maingame 😉✌🏻.
There’s a glitch with it where if you complete northeast first it will glitch and u won’t be able to complete it it happened to me and I’m just waiting for a fix😢
I'm having trouble with Fly to the Starting Coordinates. Everytime I get close to the Aerial Capture, I get shot out of the sky. Can't find the ring or flight path.
I cant do the north one cause of the bug and i cant do the south one, maybe you have to collect all the previous captures to unlock that one. Need to wait for the next patch.
@@KaZZpah i hope so, i love this kind of things, reviving the story of the previous human on the planet (one of the reasons to like horizon saga), and the italian dubbing is very good, especially in the audio that you can find in the world with the focus.
I keep killing the stormbird but doors won’t open. I have closed the game and even restarted the ps5, but I can’t get it to work. This makes it impossible for me to get the last delver trinket and the last 2 aerial captures. So frustrated right now. Anyone else having this issue?
Same here, restarted the game several times, and killed the storm bird numerous times . The rain won’t stop and I can’t get the trophy , hopefully it’s patched up soon .
Its bugged for me as well! Looks like I'm not completing this DLC until its patched. Its onto Star Wars Jedi Survivor for me! I wrote Guerrilla about the glitch but we'll see if that helps haha

I never had problems witht them, I go them all soon after finishing the DLC. That took me like a all day playing. Never a problem.

I did this on 11/26 after beating the game. Everything showed up and worked. Trophy popped first try. Rather this was fixed or I was lucky.

I had the same - reloaded a slightly earlier save and then tried again, bird appeared. Hope this fixes for you too

Wait till you can override and fly the new bird machine. That was happening for me.

One of these routes, for me the audio log didn’t play flying over the Pangea Park Island.
North still bugged even after upate, if I managed to do it I'll certainly edit my comment with my findings

For the West - how/where do you get a new Sunwing, after yours is killed by the Stormbird?
There’s loads of Waterwing sites in Burning Shores, head over to one, stay in stealth and hold Triangle when prompted to override a Waterwing

I have an issue with 3 East
Can't figure these out. I follow the flight path, but Aloy keeps randomly deciding that she's lost the path and needs to go back to the start.
Figured out now that you need to fly under the flight path. I was roughly in the middle of it.
