      Hindi po natest ang ic sir sa labas lng kailangan nkakabit tlaga sa alternator, gnito gwin mo sir make sure mo ng buo ang linya sa labas. Dapt my supply syang positive yong terminal ng alternator. Yong sa socket nman kung 3pin sya dpat mron yang ignition, supply gling sa battery or pwede rin syang ksama din sa ignition tpos ang isa indicator light. Kung 2 pin nman ignition ska indicator light. Kung buo nman yang mga nabanggit ko. Sa loob nman tayo ng alternator, check mo carbon brush kung maiksi na plitan mo. diode, rotor, ska stator kung ok lahat yan. Tpos hindi prin kumakarga ic na ang sira. O kya kung ok lahat tpos hindi nmamatay ang light indicator khit kumakarga sya my chance din na sira din ang ic. Sna mkatulong sir

    di pede toh sa mga baguhan dhil di nila makikita ung neutral sa linya nkatago yan minsan at meron din naka delta connection ang stator kaya lalong hindi pede sa mga newbies pero napakadali lng nman gawin neto, minsan nasiraan ung katropa ko ung owner nia sinubukan ko i convert ng vr ung ic type first time ko un sa alternator kya nahirapan ako nung una pero nakuha ko ng walng nagturo at wlang tutorial sa youtube basa lng mga wiring diagram sa internet nung mga panahon na un at buhat na natutunan ko yan alternator.

      May pagbabago boss kasi hindi na stable ang charging nya pag converted na sa Voltage regulator, pagconverted na kasi pagnaka minor lalo buhay aircon at ilaw lalo sa traffic bumabagsak ang karga nya. Hindi tulad sa original na ic type kahit magsabay ang aircon at ilaw kayang kaya parin.

      Wla nmang problema boss khit sa 12volts battery ka mgtesting ng alternator na 24volts, wg lng ang 12volts alternator sa 24volts battery ka magcheck kasi malakas ang spark ng rotor

      Dapat wala sya sir, Ska lang magkakameron ng supply ang neutral pag umikot at pagnag magnet ang rotor. Maaring may problema ang diode nyan kung meron na kaagad.

      Gamit kayo ng ohms law sir tingnan nyo kung ilang watts ang mga ilaw tpos divided nyo sa 12volts. Halimbawa sa headlight mron 55/60 watts. 55 watts ang low 60 watts ang hi. Dlawa ang headlight ng sasakyan bali 110 watts ang low. 110 divided 12 equal 9.1 amp ang fuse na mgagamit mo kaso wlang 9amp na fuse kaya pwde kayo gumamit ng 10amp.

      Uu sir maalin sa dlawa ang mahalaga isang carbon brush nka body ground, pro my ibang brush holder na nkaground na ang kbilang carbon brush. Mas ok double check nlang pra cgurado

      Kung ic type ang alternator mo boss isang ignition at isang papunta sa light indicator negative sya pg hindi umaandar ang mkina tpos mging power sya pag umandar na ang makina. kung voltage regulator namn isang Field neutral at ground. Kaya dapat kabisado mo ang bawat paglalagyan ng wire or socket

    Sir yung alternator ko kapag napalamig na sasakyan nagana at nailaw sa dash, kaso kapag uminit na mga 30mins sa umaga at less than 10 min kapag nagamit na ay nawawala charging niya. Nagpalit ako brush pero d nagawa. Tama po ba na ic reg ang duda ko na problem?

      Maaring ic na ang problema sir, pwede rotor o kaya slip rings yong nilalapatan ng carbon brush. gumagalaw o lumuluwag pag uminit na.

      Hindi naman magkakaproblema sasakyan mo boss kung magpalit ka ng battery from 3sm to 2sm, ang magbabago lang mababa lang ang AH Amperes hours ng 2sm at CCA Cold Cranking Amperes nya kesa dating 3sm na gamit mo.

    Hi sir, from indonesia. That splitted plastic mount that hold ic regulator 5:58 & 21:34, is it ok or would it affect to the alternator? I'm affraid i did stupid mistake that i broke that plastic mount so it splitted when i try to repair my mitsubishi's alternator myself. Hope to reach your reply sir, thanks alot.

      @@KenKejAutoElecTrix naputol kasi ung bolt positive side.so nilagyan nya ng wire sa lood hinang nya. don bali nilagay sa ulo ng bolt. Ayaw kasi matanggal ung bolt..hindi normal ung init nya..nung higpitan nya ung apat na bolt aa labas halos ayaw umikot eh.

      Ah sa positive side yan na diode nakakabit ang bolt. Kung sa pagbuo palang nya hirap na ikutin dapat binuksan ulit. Dpat kasi malambot yan ikutin ng kamay. Balik mo sa kanya boss baka pati stator mo madali, mpapalaki gastos mo

      Preho lng ang style ng pagconvert ng 12v at 24v sir, mgkaiba lng sila ng connection pagdating sa voltage regulator. Tingnan mo nlng sa video yong connection ng 24v na regulator.

      ilang amperes ba yong alternator mo boss, paglampas 60A ang alternator medyo mahihirapan na ihandle ng Voltage regulator kaya malakas na makabulutong ng contact point.

      Hndi ko alam boss kung ilang ampers kaya ko kc pinaconvert pumapalo ng 16 volts sa battery ang sabi ng gumawa 32 volts daw ang ic kaya mlakas.

      3 pin wires po kasi, ignition, batt indicator at Sense. Ang Sense wire medyo mataba at dapat nakarekta nakakonek sa positive battery. Pero halos hindi na kinakabit ang SENSE wire. Ignition at battery indicator lang pwede na ang kakarga narin naman ang alternator

    Master correct mo ako kng tama ung pagkaintindi
    1 yon bang stator winding is configure as 3 phase
    2 anong terminal ng diode ang nakakabit sa winding ng stator positive or negative ng diode
    3 anong pin ng diode ang naka ground
    4 yong output ng alternator master saan ang connection nya
    5 yon ho ba ang start winding ng stator yong bang nakakabit sa diode or yong nasa neutral senya na master gusto ko lng matuto newbie palang ako wala akong training sa electrical school

      Tama ka sir 3 phase ang stator at star connection at A/C ito kaya kailangan ng diode para si diode ang mag convert from A/C to D/C.
      Ang positive at negative side ng diode magkakonek magkaseries at jn din nkakonek ang stator.
      Sa negative side or katawan ng alternator ang pin namn ng diode dapat positive, tapos sa positive side or output na papunta sa battery. Ang pin or side ng diode ay negative naman.
      Tapos ang Neutral nakakabit naman yan sa kabilang wire ng stator na kung saan yong ang magkakasamang 3 wire ng stator na galing sa diode or nakakonek sa diode.
      Sa stator sir walang start or end kung alin ang para sa diode at para sa neutral. Kung naguluhan ka sa paliwanag ko sir tanong k nalng ulit

      Diba ang diode sir magkabilaan, ang kabilang side negative at ang kabilang side positive. Tapos ang alternator may 6 na diode, 3 positive at 3 negative, ang 3 positive magkakasama ang positive nila at gnun din yong negative mgkakasama din. Ang 3 positive na magkakasama ang kabilang side nun negative. Tpos yong negative na mgkakasama ang kabilang side nun positive. diode 1 negative at diode 1 positive magkasama at nkakabit sa dulo ng windings 1.
      Diode 2 negative at diode 2 positive nakakabit din sa winding 2.
      Diode 3 negative at diode 3 positive nkakabit din sa winding 3.
      Ang 3 diode na negative na magkakasama yon ang papunta positive output, positive ng battery.
      Ang 3 Diode positive yon ang negative output or sa body ng alternator.

      Mas maganda ang naka IC Type sir kasi stable ang charging nya kahit sabay buhay ang mga load, tulad ng headlight, aircon kahit nasa traffic kayang kaya nya supplayan lahat ng load, hindi tulad sa voltage regulator na my voltage drop pagnaka idle at nasa traffic natatalo or bagsak ang charging nya.
      Sa mga di ECU ECM na mga sasakyan mga naka IC na ang alternator nila sir.
      Malalaman mo kung IC type pa ang alternator pagbinuksan mo makikita mo s carbon brush my heat sink,ska sa stator rewind makikita mo sa diode lahat nakakakonek at wala kang makikitang excess wire na nakakonek sa stator rewind maliban sa mga papunta sa diode
