Jack.. rear UMI 1” drop springs are perfect for 72 chevelle. I have 275 60 r15 tire no rubbing. Unbelievable stance. Gorgeous car you have love the old school wheels.
I know many don’t do this but making sure the pushrods are turning is important. Put a dab of nail polish on each pushrod at the same location. If the pushrods are not turning then your cam lobe will be toast soon.

Why in the hell do people not set the initial timing before starting? It's so damn easy to do.
@@greghansard357 there was underlying issues. Starter was stock and junk. And there was a vacuum leak we caught later on

I did.. because my msd setup is wired into the truck and i wasnt taking it out to put it on his test stand so we put that in to fire it up.
