    Here are some things I do that have helped me achieve skin free from acne and glowing all day.
    - Use a gentle face wash that eliminates excess oil and cleanses your skin well. I suggest littlleextra rriiceberry face cleanser only as it balances the skin pH as well.
    - Eat a nutritious diet. Stay away from oily, junk, and spicy foods. Opt for vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals.
    - Exercise helps purify impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body.
    - Avoid touching your face often coz our hands are generally full of germs that can lead to pimples when they touch the face.
    - Once or twice a week, use an oil or serum for a face massage to improve circulation.
    - Weekly, do a cleanup routine: cleanse, steam, scrub, apply a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes.
    - Clean your brushes and other items you use coz they can host germs that can cause pimples when they come into contact with your skin.

      Im so lucky I've never experience acne nor single pimple or any skin problems. I guess it's because I love eating fruits and vegetables.I rarely eat junk foods and I always eat tomatoes as in everyday since I was 3 yrs old. Maybe thay helps and ang maganda pa nagtataka mga officemate ko lahat sila sinisipon at inuubo ako di man lng tinatablan ng sakit.hahahaha dahil nga siguro di tlga ko makakain ng walang kamatis.

    Remember guys, every skin is different. What works for one, may not work for another and vice versa. For example, she might be allergic to some ingredients or she might have super sensitive skin so these stuff don't work for HER. Aloe vera is considered a holy grail to many of us because it works for US. I recently bought St Ives soft scrub and it's wonderful for my acne prone skin. I use it once a week. Basically my point is, don't compare your skincare journey to others, just know your skin and what it needs. :)
    2024 Update: I will never buy st Ives ever again. It belongs to Unilever which is a zionist company that supports the occupation of Palestine. Boycott and reject zionism, do not fund genocide.

    • @pixiequilt
      @pixiequilt ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Exactly. Some people think that going natural is much safer but do it wrong and you'll end up putting bacteria back to your face. These products are easy to go bad. So you have to use them with extra precaution. On the other hand, it's also bad to use products that have too much chemical on it. Finding the right balance is the key I think.

    If you're skin still red, don't use acid ingredients (vit c, vinegars). You first need to calm your skin, so aloe vera, oat and honey do work. But use a refined one (like in a skincare product) not diy. ALSO always used cream afterwards. If you just like use aloe vera gel then IT IS NOT ENOUGH. After all that done and your skin got dull and crusty, then you can use acid type of skin care (not diy pls) to cleanse all the crusty skin.

    I have hormonal cystic type as diagnosed by my doctor and any moisturizing agents especially the one's with thick consistencies made my CA worse. It seems that it clogs my pores. So I stop using moisturizers all together. On the other hand, thin consistency serums with active ingredients like niacinamide and vitamin c really helped me a lot. My skin became clearer when I made my routine simple.
    1) Aha Bha facial wash
    2) Moisturizing toner
    3) Serums (niacinamide with vit c)
    4) Water based sunblock
    And natural supplements to balance my hormones.

    Ice cubes is cold so technically it will make your pores smaller, that makes all the dirt and sebum trapped inside, pores are clogged resulting to break out. You have to use salicylic acid or lactic acid for clog pores and acne.
    St. Ives also definitely a no no. It is harsh on the skin becoz of the beads.

So compared to what I have been told I still use saint ives. I just want an exfoliator that will actually scrape off the dead skin, if anyone has any recommendations I'm here for it.

    Eskinol works for me. I’m acne prone skin type, and I spent money for products that I thought would help me to get rid of acnes. But when I started using Eskinol, I saw the effects with just one day. And it dries up my acne. Btw, sorry for the wrong grammar (I think it really depends on people’s skin types)

    Aleo vera is used to help speed up the process of healing, perhaps it wasn't the aleo vera that broke you out but something inside of it. The dyes, chemicals, fragrance. I highly doubt it was the aleo that broke you out.

      Try to cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser, also salicylic acid and retinol will help you a lot! be careful when you use these products!! Make sure you only use them at PM and DO NOT use them on the same day. Lastly, make sure you always wear sunscreen that is suitable for your oily skin💗

    • @Wild7kitty
      @Wild7kitty 2 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      And don’t forget moisturising! It’s the most important step even if you have oily skin just make sure it’s suitable for your skin.

    • @asseylum_2.012
      @asseylum_2.012 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you're skin still red, don't use acid ingredients (vit c, vinegars). You first need to calm your skin, so aloe vera, oat and honey do work. But use a refined one (like in a skincare product) not diy. ALSO always used cream afterwards. If you just use aloe vera gel the IT IS NOT ENOUGH. After all that, then you can use an acid type of skincare. And pls don't do diy. Pls do it one step of a time instead of rushing it all out. It will never work.

    Ewan ko pero hiyang ang skin ko sa eskinol na salicylic acid toner nila at yung glutathione toner na nakikita ko lang sa colonnade mall sa cebu. Hiyang din skin ko sa alcohol based products at nagkaka breakouts ako sa walang alcohol na toner. If you can't find what's best for your skin, visit a dermatologist. When I asked my dermatologist on tips on taking care of my skin, she told me na I am doing great, just make sure to wear your sunscreen everyday.

    Eskinol surprisingly works for me back when I was around 16, but I don't use eskinol on its own. My friend's aunt recommended me to mix eskinol with this tablet (I forgot the name),you can get it from pharmacy and it keeps my skin acne free and less oily. I don't use eskinol anymore since my skin is way different than how it used to be hahahaha.

    Hindi kasi alam ng mukha kung anong pakikinggan niya sa damimg products na ginamit. Sensitive din ang skin ko. When i was abroad matapang ang mga sabon nila. For 2 years hindi ako gumamit ng sabon sa mukha ko. Honey with sugar ang pang linis ko sa mukha. Wag tayo harsh sa mukha natin. Dapat gentle lang lalo sa paghugas. After ko magcleanse i just use coconut oil or olive oil as moisturizer. During break time ko sa work nag aapply ako ng ice very gently. Or i just wash it with plain water. For treatments naman ginagawa ko lang once a week like applying calamansi with fresh milk pero once ko lang ginawa yan. Tinanggal ko lang mga marks sa face ko. Then thin slices ng cucumber ginawa kong mask. Minsan nkakatulugan ko. Nagigising na lang ako tuyo na ung pipino sa mukha ko. Then hilamos lng ako ng plain water.n

    I wash my face with gentle clenser then I use ice cubes before I apply my moisturizer I use cetaphil btw :) it's good for my skin lmao the only products that I regret using it are
    Aloe Vera, ponds, citra & eskinol.
    💀💀💀💀
    so I look up which product that suits me then my boyfriend he uses cerave when I look it up I found the similar product of it it's cetaphil then I read it so I buy and I'm not gonn lie rn my skin heal it's been 3 months I started like September 2022 I suffer from acnes since I was 11 lmao that's dramatic 💀I use to use Amway bar soap but it didn't suit me anymore my skin got worse and dry if I use it,since I'm teenager already Im using cetaphil now my family is happy that my skin is getting smoother and better :3.
    oh yeah btw ice cubes can calm Ur acnes and the redness i once tried it for a week it does calm my acnes and redness down at like first 3 days it might have me pimples but as day 4 it's getting shrinking and my skin is getting smoother and better. Sometimes I apply it 2 times a week then 7 days 💀there will be sort of abit of redness but atleast Ur skin will be so clear and smooth.
