It's hard to pick a favorite, but I miss Shubshub a lot. Especially since she was already a part of Chilled's crew before joining Twitch. I enjoyed most of the new streamers tho, but the old-timers always have a special place in my heart.

Chilled calling 'fuses' 'capacitors' really ticked me off for some reason I've found it to be an extremely specific thing that annoys the heck out of me
I know I'm not playing myself and Chilled is doing this for content, but him just goofing around and barely helping his teammates, triggers me to untold levels
To be fair to Phasmo, it doesn't intentionally jumpscare you, unless you count hands covering the screen. Getting caught in Phasmo isn't necessarily scary, it's more so a "auugghh" moment if anything, it's the chase that is somewhat scary. I will say though, being able to be brought back to life in this game takes away from the fear factor, the sudden speed change in the enemy can be scary, the jumpscare can catch you off guard.
