    That sandwich looks great. Thank you for showing it to us. For the many of us who can’t go to Japan you offer us a wonderful view of 🇯🇵 Japan. The every day life of Japan is more pleasing to me than the ones we are all they want you to see are the tourist attractions. So thank you for all of us

  • @kettlekorn471
    @kettlekorn471 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Interesting! The title made it sound like it's soaked in lemon juice or a sweet and sour sauce, but I'm glad it turned out nice. It kind of makes me think of Stroganoff sauce that's sometimes made with sour cream and has a little tang to it.

    • @CriticalEatsJapan
      @CriticalEatsJapan  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I was kind of wondering if they actually meant sour cream or if it was just a way of saying their own sour type of cream sauce... I wonder if I've actually eaten proper Stroganoff now

    Looks very tasty! Does it have a coleslaw flavor? In North Carolina, most pulled pork sandwiches come with coleslaw top over the pulled pork. Ever tried that?

    • @CriticalEatsJapan
      @CriticalEatsJapan  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's a good way to put it ---not quite the same flavour, but the excess juices are like what you might get in a wet coleslaw. All the vinegar dripping out. And yes, I have had pulled pork before! So tasty!

    Sour chicken sandwich sounds interesting. Strawberry milkshakes are my fave. Here in the US, the top 3 are, in no particular order, chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla. Maybe for the Japanese, it's coffee instead of chocolate. Or maybe they just want to be different.
