This is so so so touching how Anthony didn't hesitate to help the unhoused man's dog. (Though it was dark and night time). This man clearly cared for his dog as best he could with the resources he had. Good for you Anthony!!!
When my dad had a major bleed in 2001 we were allowed to bring his dog every day to the rehab center where he was staying. The dog became so popular among the residents it took an hour to reach my dad's room. Also when I was in rehab in 2006 I had had high blood pressure. One evening they brought in a dog just as they were to take my blood pressure I started stroking the dog. My blood pressure went way down. Dogs are amazing rehab heroes.
Omg she's 12 and being beaten. Kane is so sweet too. She's so sweet. My heart breaks for both of them. I'm so happy they were kept together and found a loving home. I'm literally bawling I can't even see what I'm typing
It would be fantastic if there could be a charity here in the US, like in the UK to be able to help low income and homeless people who need help with their pets! Their charity there seems to be so great for helping people.
Some people are just monsters. Thank you to all that save these abused animals. Rollo is so cute. I have a service dog and she makes my life better every day. She picks up my anxiety cues and steps in to help often before I require it. She also provides mobility assistance and creates space between me and people in lines so I don’t feel like I’m being encroached on. She is my best friend and saviour.
I have a Beagle named Lola as well. She is an older girl and a rescue from a horrible hoarding situation in the US. She has absolutely blossomed in the two years she has lived with me.
She is an example, as are Kaiah (Kya?) and Kain (sp.) of giving forgiveness & love. You are blessed to have her. She will love you and be loyal to you all of her life.
U are an extremely beautiful person to rescue ur dog they are so scared to start when there taken to there forever home I hope she learnt to trust u weren’t going to miss treat her very early in ur relationship 💜💜

Only 12 mounth 😮 did that 2 loving dogs 😢 did not like hear that .but happy to see them both toghter playing and happy out that horrible home. I hope someone give them a loving forever home

I recently saw an episode where Antony Joynes was in a foreign country, helping with animals, and there was a situation that got to him so badly it made him weep. I can relate to that entirely. I'm one who believes in an eye for an eye when it comes to abuse of animals and children. That owner needs to be walk down the street and punched several times along the way. Give him back what he gave out. That poor dog probably didn't even know why he was being battered like that, let alone multiple times. I could just scream!!!!! I'm so happy they were seized.
Aww that is so beautiful when Rollo snuggles the pillow on Allen's lap, Rollo is amazing and I'm teary eyed now 😢 so heartbreaking to see that heavy handed angry human beat their dog's, good they both have a loving new owner with gentle hands and before I go I just wanted to say I adopted a beautiful 6 month old Rotti cross from our SPCA, I seen her photo in our local paper so I went in to the SPCA and I fell for her she is now sleeping by my feet after a big walk and a swim at the beach, I love her so much and she loves me, my new best friend 🤗🐕

How ever I cried so much on tonight show to see that man bunching and kicking him what a gutless piece of crap ( I can’t even call him an owner ) so glad Antony had the support of 2 Policeman when he when to the house to take the dogs how every I wish the court system was harder on ( crapy owner ) and charge him a hell of a lot more then what they did considering there Were so many people that were telling him to stop beating the poor dog. Best news ever was to heat yes after 500 plus day they got there forever home together so so very happy they go to stay together I wish the dogs all the love in the world from here on in because they were stunning. Also all the other resources that were done your all wonderful caring amazing RSPCA workers that love there job as well. Another story that touched me tonight was with Antony again taking the homeless mans dog to the vet to get treatment for it but to actually see all the puss that came out of the big lumps and how thick it was as the vet was scraping it out in chunks with her finger was gross but the dod just sat there so it clearly new they were helping it out then to see the sayline that the vets put in to clean it up I had to laugh when it nearly went over both of them I’m so very glad the man was given medication for his dog and some food just made my heart melt. The start of the show made me sick then I was crying happy tears at the end of the show so thankyou very much for making these show. When the dogs come out of the house, they seemed to have relief wash over their faces, like they knew that they are forever protected from their horrendous ex-owner.
Those staffies are so small compared to the XL beasts that are here in the US… that pair almost makes me believe they aren't capeable of the same violence we get here (just a few weeks ago an adult woman had both of her arms ripped off in S Carolina...by pitbulls). But no dog deserves to be mistreated EVER. No excuse.
I could see because of what the pitbull did to the they would have killed the poor dog because there is no way she would have told the truth about why it happened I almost guarantee it by 💯 % that’s what would of happened to the dog which breaks my heart 💔

Alan is a well known rescue owner and can be seen on British TV on a program called QI for Quite Interesting, on air for many years.
