The AK is good, blocking mid-combo or anything that's not an MP bar, unfortunately his combo lack burst damage compared to recent characters and updates, even lass 2nd can take 1/2 HP bar. Without Erudon gimmick my old main would be quite bland, the addition of cooldown on Ragna bolt didn't help.
cooldowns force you to use other moves. ronan 1st is op with x button techs maybe even more op than ronan 4rth in 1v1. Aek nerfs is fine, winning that way makes it more satisfying low tier char mains love that
@@bhknightheart2839 I know but as humans that naturally seek the path to least resistance, it only shifted the meta to different characters, as usual DA with macro; characters that takes huge amount of HP with a few juggles like Assassin(Lass 2nd), Decanee and AI, there are more but these are the notable ones I can easily remember, Spearman with his land otto. And one that can eat an entire HP bar Zero with just one MP. I'm not as sad as you think I am, I'm the same as everyone else that just moves on to the next broken, I didn't use Ragna Bolt like a Lire arrow, I combo it with a grab. Back then, this was the meta, there was no other efficient way to deal damage outside MP, cause if you tried to combo, other characters will interrupt you, or their pets will interrupt you(back then there was no function to ban pets) In other words finding other ways to deal damage efficiently and safely was few and far in between. Back then Ronan was one of the more popular characters cause back then people dont want to fight Lire nor Arme, but for some reason Ronan was not shunned. Back then DA infinite was the only damage, Lass 2nd semi-infinite wasn't even discovered if not popular yet. It's a weird balancing act, its like the balancing team were temporary or aren't around anymore when Ai and Decanee was made, Cause their dash attacks/combos is basically the same range as ragna bolt.
