Netherite is everywhere in the nether but it’s more common in diamond levels. The only reasons netherite is hard to find is because.. 1: You find only around 1-3 in one vein. 2: You need 4 scraps and 4 gold to make 1 ingot. It’s definitely worth it tho-

but for bedrock edition it is most common at 10 to 5 and you shoud burst your bed at y level 13 for most efficiency or just mine normally and the same y level for bursting tnt as well
Ancient Debris should start spawning in Bedrock at around Y level 30 so, but the best place to farm it is from Y level 8 to 17. In Java, it appears that the spawn rate isn't as good as Bedrock, and the best places to get it are Y level 12 to 17
