    I understand what you are saying but the problem is that Itunu Commercial plot is 100 million and it is so so expensive. What do you think of Fairmont estate commercial plot as a cheaper alternative?
    I would prefer the wealthy place commercial but it looks like it is sold out.

      100m for Itunu City is still cheap, I know you won't believe me, but in 3yrs, come and read this comment again, then you would understand why I said so.
      Basically, Veritasi are smarter, put a high price so that everyone will buy the cheaper ones, then when the cheap ones are exhausted, they have no choice than to buy theirs and use their price as a benchmark for resell, either way they will sell.
      The Wealthy place is sales closed right now, amen city is an alternative but both are for a different target market, Fairmont commercial is okay and Tiwa still have one plot pere of commercial available

      65m currently for 1000sqm at Itunu City, while the Wealthy is 25m
