Yes! When something really matters, I find the time to get it done. This includes work projects; I'm a self-employed landscape horticulturist and designer specializing in native plants. Every project is unique and every client is different. Some are more interesting than others, so I find deadlines very helpful to stay on track. Honestly, though, there are many times when I'd much rather be painting or sewing or cooking or hanging out with friends or traveling, but my work makes a positive difference in the world, so I stick with it.
