Dazzling, colorful, unencumbered plane landings. Auckland appears to be a very scenic airport and the camera spotting points are well placed. This video has offered me visuals of certain airliners for the very first time. Yes 🛫!
Lovely footage. Auckland is a wonderful spectator airport with virtually uninterrupted views of the runway. The Singapore Airlines Cargo 747 had a dreadfully hard landing. What a bounce and lurch to starboard. It was lucky to recover. Hope someone inspected the undercarriage before the return sector. 🙂✈️
I know no one would care but at 12:12 its the cathay pasific A350-900 not -1000 because as you can see, the body is narrower because the "Cathay Pasific" text doent fit in the space of the two doors and most importantly there is a total of 8 back wheels!
You’re right, unfortunately there’s no way for me to change it without deleting and reuploading it. I try my best to catch errors but occasionally they do!
Did you take this video last year Cause air new Zealand 777 are grounded and are about to be retired and the first plane witch was coming from Nadi Fiji was not used this much this year and the plane it self went back to Eva air I think.
I used live and work not far from here I used to park up with my mangere pies and watch these planes on my lunch break now I live in in the middle of the north Island no neighbors for miles look at cows and sheep when I wake up

I thought this was an video game 😳😳🥰🥰
Haha! Nope, definitely real 😉
I STILL think this is a video game, the camera work is all too perfect and smooth! Well done, kia ora to that and mauri ora
Yeah
Great work! Just wondering if Puhinui Rd still is the best possible place for plane spotting?
Sure is. I was there earlier this year :)

When were these taken? 2019?
Mixture of footage filmed before the pandemic and during early 2021.
Why Malindo is Samoa Airways?
Leased plane (usually temporary)
I haven't heard of nauru air are they a new airline
Nope. They’ve been around for awhile I believe

Yep, filmed pre covid

The first one is Eva Air ,from Taiwan ,ROC
Dry leased aircraft, retained EVA Air livery but registered as ZK-OKT
😍
Is Eva Air and Air New Zealand the same airline?
No. Air NZ leased an EVA 77W while they worked on their 787s.
That SQ Cargo landing was just awful!
It was extremely windy and the runway is quite short. There were many that followed.
Wat the first plane is air new zealand

I think you got the first one wrong, it says EVA air as the livery but you're saying that it's a 777 of New Zealand
ANZ sometimes leases 777's from EVA.
@@grantmiller6570 Oh, alright
@@grantmiller6570 Yep - I've been on this aircraft

0:18 this is not a air new zealand!
Yes it is....this is older footage and around this time ANZ had some 787's grounded so they were leasing aircraft off other airlines.
Eva Air is not from New Zealand
Correct. It was being leased to NZ during the period they were having issues with their 787s
It’s Eva Air not Air New Zealand 😂 at the beginning
It's an Eva Air 777 which was leased to ANZ at the time. Eva Air does not fly there.
It does fly to Nz. I live in Auckland close to airport have seen it few times saw it last week Thursday lol.
Its eva air not air new zealand
It was being leased to Air NZ. Look at the rego on the aircraft :)
