Very helpful information, no-one is making Videos on IDEC out there. I'm looking to set up an HMI for remote control/monitoring like you showed but via the internet and not just through the home network. Did you ever make a video about that or know of anywhere I could get some info on setting that up? Thanks
I never made a video on that. But, do some research on port forwarding. You will have to set it up in your routers interface. Tech support for your router or, your IP would be an excellent resource. That will get you there. Little too complex to explain on a message.
Hello again. I have connected my HG3G HMI direct to PC and use WEB SERVER function. I successfully logged into web page, but data downloading is very slow even use 256 colour bitmap format. Execution interval setted to 1000ms. Any idea for fast connection?
I do not have expertise in the speeds of the connections. But, I do know that even downloading or uploading a program via Ethernet is extremely slow. I always download or upload the program via usb, for speed. In Run There is so much data transferring between the webpage and the PLC on a continuous basis, I think you will always have some lag, even on a direct connection. In run, at 1000ms interval, it is only attempting to adjust data every second. I would think that would cause the interface to be laggy. I would call IDEC support on that one.

@@huntxtrm, thank you for responce. But when I change Execution interval to 50ms picture now updates normal as I want.
