Okkkkkkkk here. I'm going to give an honest critique. Just facts as I see them, my own opinions, and they are meant to be taken as such and not cruelties or digs at your hard work or anything like that. Because learning any dance routine is hard work, especially with that many people. I was very happy to see all sorts of people (shapes, sizes, ethnicities) represented there, that is always a great thing to see diversity. But this group of dancers was not ready for public viewing. First, they did not have enough space to move around in successfully, so the deck was stacked against them at the start. Can you have your set people work on that? It's easy enough, my stepdad has done it for a living for over 40 yrs. Secondly, this choreography needs an upgrade, it will not survive competition as is. More sharp movements, body rolls, showing control of every muscle, less constant running around, sexy without sex. And finally, there is too wide a range of skill in one group, from kind of sloppy to fairly good. So they either need WAY more training to get them where they need to be or this really is more than one crew.
