Your style is so smooth, the way you move from manual to hop, drop, corner is incredible. I gotta stop and roll your videos back just to see how you are riding. If my riding could mirror any one, it would be you.
BKXC sorry I missed you when you came out, what last year? If you make it up this way again, get in touch and I’ll make sure to give you a tour of the trails in the area. Cheers 🍻
Finally a decent video of those trails. I rode No Service last week and it is certainly gnarly for just a single black diamond. I'm glad I can live Invictus through your videos though
Been following you Jeff and all I could say is that you make the gnarliest trails look easy to ride. Very fast and smooth riding style man! I'm still working on my manuals, but if I want to get taught on how to do it right I want that person to be you Jeff. Hopefully you'll make a how-to manual vid soon. Definitely lookin' forward to that! IMO, you are one of the best trail riders out there. Thanks for the motivation and inspiration!
Hi Jeff K-W. Awesome video. I think you do the sickest manuals of anyone I've ever seen. Any chance you could do a manual or wheelie how to video? I struggle with finding that sweet balance spot.
Jeff Kendall-Weed Ya dude I concur! Lots of manual vids out there but as I've always said yours seem different.. You seem to not lean crazy far back with your ass low and near to the tire like most videos show! A vid would be awesome and get a shit ton of views! 😂 👍
Nice! Glad I found your channel! Beautiful shots, trails, tricks and audio. Hard to find this with consistency nowadays. All around very enjoyable and entertaining video! Subbed, Thumbed, can't wait to watch more!
You have one of the greatest and most unique and most fun to watch riding style. Now i curious how you would interpret some world cup dh and ews tracks, specialy that last ews at france. I know you are capable of riding then, it more of showing your own style of riding then. Like how you manualed and gapped some trail features here.
Yes, SJ Brooks passed away a few weeks ago, and only a few miles from the trail. I wanted to dedicate the vid to them, but didn't feel like I knew enough about the situation for it to be appropriate. That's the sort of thing where if the dedication is done poorly, it's far worse than not doing it, so I didn't include the dedication part in the final vid.
Great vid Jeff as usual. Hey I noticed you driving a Wrangler. I own a silver Oscar Mike ‘13 model JKU. Can you tell me a bit about what rack you’re running on it please?
Thanks man! Yeah Ripmo has been great! It rides way differently than I firs thought it would when I saw the geo, and I'm getting along with it really well. Cheers!
Thank you, I appreciate it Eddy! I change fork/shock set up depending on conditions. There's some more precise info at the end here: th-cam.com/video/9dH2QWeE8r4/w-d-xo.html
Except for the annoing sample based elevator music, this channel is just great. You´re skillset seems to be way ahead other Mtb-you-tubers! Keep up the good work!
Did you ride the old exit 27 trails too? Can't believe the backside wasn't totally hashed out after the opener that included sleet, hail, IPAs and alot of rain!! Loved getting muddy on Invictus, Elbow, and No Serv tho! Have to say the Exit 27 trails are still tits!!! Thanks for sharing. Poppin top must have been destroyed still?
Raging river made them semi legit! You should defn indulge, just follow the power lines from the bottom of Poppin. Some folks put time into Gem state and My own private ID. Love seeing PNW riders on the Tube.
Hahaha thanks man! I'm definitely NOT the best MTB rider, and I'm definitely not the best at any one thing! I do try to be well rounded, but there is SO MUCH MORE to learn and improve on! THanks for the note!
Title of video is "legal trail", og exit 27 trails are not fully legal. Would love to ride them but I refuse to film on anything that's not explicitly legal.
Dude, it's not even funny. Sooo many people can't drive it! I wouldn't mind an automatic, I'm old enough to have already had my fun with manual transmissions in cars. At the end of the day, you just can't hold any car wide open and bang through gears like you can on a dirt bike. That's where the fun is at!!!
Thanks for the feedback Pryo, what device are you using? Headphones, speaker? Let me know, no one else had that complaint so I wanna see what sort of device is in play here. Thanks!
I normally use a pair of JBL LSR305 studio monitors, but I just rewatched a few portions of the video with my Sennheiser HD 558 headphones and still have the same sentiment. Though looking back at my initial comment, I typed the opposite. I meant to say that the music is too loud compared to commentary. It's a bit hard to hear what you're saying in places. I understand it's hard to evaluate feedback from random people on the internet but hope you'll take my comment for what it's worth.
What's the gnarliest trail you've ridden?
Jeff Kendall-Weed probably highline and hangover in Sedona.
Jeff Kendall-Weed Horseface at Windrock bike park, the 2018 Pro GRT course at Windrock, and Hangover in Sedona. Crazy trails!
schmitty8225 ayo! Haha
Mr.Moonboy hahaha jynx
Blackjack, Buffalo Creek colorado
Pro tip: If you manual down the whole trail no one will believe it’s super gnarly.
Hahahaha!!!
JKW: making madness look normal... again!
Ryan Boardman smiling and narly is an oxymoron. Lol
Ryan Boardman LOL! 😂
Jeff, Manuals trails we find scary on both wheels...
Your work, your style, your flow, your riding, your footage, so legit and smooth. Keep it up! Do a collab with IFHT!
Thanks Calvin! Wow, IFHT, I'd be star struck!!!
Your style is so smooth, the way you move from manual to hop, drop, corner is incredible. I gotta stop and roll your videos back just to see how you are riding. If my riding could mirror any one, it would be you.
Thanks so much Jim! That means a lot! Hope you enjoy the vids!!!
Dude. Your riding is incredible. Thanks for keeping your vids PG so I can watch them with my grom.
Thanks havock! I'm a fairly PG person, so it's pretty easy!
So great to see the people behind the trails!
BKXC sorry I missed you when you came out, what last year? If you make it up this way again, get in touch and I’ll make sure to give you a tour of the trails in the area. Cheers 🍻
Totally! There's always more to the story, was great meeting Dale and seeing his work firsthand.
Thanks for coming out Jeff. Awesome to see someone rip our trails like you did. 🍻
Thanks so much for having me!!! Was a pleasure to work with ya, and the trails SERIOUSLY ROCK!
Jeff has his editing editing skills pretty much dialled. Overall production quality is top notch
Thanks Samperg! Still got a long ways to go, but am trying to learn as much as I can!
Finally a decent video of those trails. I rode No Service last week and it is certainly gnarly for just a single black diamond. I'm glad I can live Invictus through your videos though

I love edits like this. POV has its place but with a rider of your skill level 3rd person is so much more enjoyable and spectacular.
Thank you!! I really enjoy making the 3rd person vids, glad you like em!
Sending it big time! Nice riding and yes that trail looks incredible :)
Thanks guys!!! I appreciate it! Hope all is good in 1000 oaks!
Steezy trails, riding and editing! Thx a lot lot for this! Big thumbs up for the builders! 🤙🏽
Thank you, I appreciate it gogovitch66!
5 years later and this video is still a banger
Thanks man! That’s funny it feels like a lifetime ago when we filmed and I edited that together, but it’s all been good!
Hi Jeff K-W. Awesome video. I think you do the sickest manuals of anyone I've ever seen. Any chance you could do a manual or wheelie how to video? I struggle with finding that sweet balance spot.
Thanks so much Raymond! Maybe one day!!! Cheers!
Jeff Kendall-Weed Ya dude I concur! Lots of manual vids out there but as I've always said yours seem different.. You seem to not lean crazy far back with your ass low and near to the tire like most videos show!
A vid would be awesome and get a shit ton of views! 😂 👍
Jeff "Flowmaster" Kendall-Weed that was a SICK Drop
Thanks Scuddy!!!
Jeff, are you coming back this year when Phase 2 is complete? Would love to see some more good video to show case these awesome trails!
Damn man, making our local trails look easy and playful! I'm puckering on all the trails on the backside of Exit 27. Nice work.
i love Washington state so much. been three years since ive been there though. hope to get back soon. awesome video and damn fine riding jeff!
Oh man you gotta get back up here! It's sweet! Thanks for the note!
You nailed on editing, it was very pleasing to watch!
Thanks Thiago! I'm trying to get better, but don't have much time for the tutorials. Learn by doing!
Love your riding style!!
Nice!
Glad I found your channel!
Beautiful shots, trails, tricks and audio. Hard to find this with consistency nowadays.
All around very enjoyable and entertaining video!
Subbed, Thumbed, can't wait to watch more!
Man you rip and I'm pumped to learn from your riding style. Just subbed up!
This is the second video i am watching from this channel, and i already decided to subscribe because the content is really good.
Thank you sir!!!
Fantastic riding as usual! Loving the videos
Thanks Man!
Incredible riding as usual......awesome trail!
Thanks Cammo!!!
FYI your link to Ibis bike in description is wrong. Awesome video looks an amazing trail to ride!
Looks like an incredible trail. Great Video and great riding!
Thanks Kris! It's a bunch of rad trails!!
Yeah dude. Great video. Got me itching for a PNW trip.
Thanks Nick!
Peredotor at tiger mountain was pretty gnarly as well but I'll have to ride this
Love your style dude so much flow 👌
Thanks Jason!!!
You have one of the greatest and most unique and most fun to watch riding style. Now i curious how you would interpret some world cup dh and ews tracks, specialy that last ews at france. I know you are capable of riding then, it more of showing your own style of riding then. Like how you manualed and gapped some trail features here.
So much effortless style. Love your vids JKW!
Thank you Andy!
Sick. Can you show the full pov of that run?
Yeah, in a couple weeks!
If I'm not mistaken, this is where the cougar attack was recently!!!? Awesome trails, the climb to get to that back area is like 5-6 miles....ouch.
Pleasure to meet you in person today at Duthie!
Awesome to meet you too! Rad transition, love the bling on that thing!
Another great vid! Our Bham trails are pretty dope but Raging River looks to be worth the journey south
Thank you, I appreciate it Dan! I can't wait to get the family down to Raging River.
great video! amazing riding! Ripmo looks like its riding nice!
Thanks man! Yeah Ripmo has been great! It rides way differently than I firs thought it would when I saw the geo, and I'm getting along with it really well. Cheers!
Kinda think Jeff would prefer to manual in the air...so jealous 🤘🏽🤘🏽
I love jumps, and I love wheelies... wheelies before and after jumps are cool too!
Jeff Kendall-Weed haha yeah you are sick! I need to practice both manuals and wheelies.
Surprised that you aren’t staying for the Festival this week at Duthie, it’s so much fun!
I'll head down for a couple hours on Saturday, say hello if you see me!
Jeff Kendall-Weed awww darn, I will only be on Sunday not sat, next time!
Awesome job, Jeff!
Thanks Joseph!
Awsome style! Really enjoy watching your riding. How have you set you shock and fork?
Thank you, I appreciate it Eddy! I change fork/shock set up depending on conditions. There's some more precise info at the end here: th-cam.com/video/9dH2QWeE8r4/w-d-xo.html
Definitely my favorite trail we’ve shot!
Cheers Logan!
Rad vid dude!!
Thanks Jeff! We gotta hit Lynn Woods one of these days!
Man... I wish I had only a portion of the skill you have.... I only started biking (MTB) last season... I have a long way to go...
Awesome content! Keep it up Jeff
Thank you!
Your backwheel is unreal!
THanks Jonah!!!
Great video! Good riding! I miss the PNW!
Thanks Joe! PNW is where it's at!
Any chance you would ever do a “How to manual like Jeff Video”?
Hahaha one day, definitely! Thanks Lonnie!
Great video, dude!
Thank you! That was a fun day!
This would be super-fun to ride on a mountain unicycle :)
Hey Jeff, have you ridden the grip2 yet? If so, is it worth to upgrade from the rc2 2018?
Awesome riding again!
Hey Tauni, I haven't tried it yet, maybe later this year.
Except for the annoing sample based elevator music, this channel is just great. You´re skillset seems to be way ahead other Mtb-you-tubers!
Keep up the good work!
Thanks for the feedback Andy!
Hey, I haven't ever put a wheel to the Exit 27 og trails! But I've seen a lotta vids with them, they looks sweet!
Raging river made them semi legit! You should defn indulge, just follow the power lines from the bottom of Poppin. Some folks put time into Gem state and My own private ID. Love seeing PNW riders on the Tube.
Oh man, don't tempt me!!! One day!!!
Well, now I gotta go ride after watching that!
Thank you, I appreciate it wpf312!
Looks so fun!
It's a rad trail, try it out!
Good style bro ! Cool videos too
Thank you, I appreciate it Jeff!
Damn,that trail is Gnarly!
Invictus is a rad trail! Have you ridden it?
Jeff Kendall-Weed Unfortunately not, I haven't even stepped foot on American soil in my lifetime. However I do plan to change that at sometime!
Right on, make it over and bring a bike, but be sure you set aside some time to ride in BC- that's the true mecca for MTB!
Jeff Kendall-Weed I sure will!
so sick. id also love to see the full POV
Will have to post those! I forgot to include a sweet crash, too, it was in the first 6 cuts but lost it after that.
Damn you are a shredder!
Thank you! I appreciate it!
Are you the world's best mountain biker? I must now study your videos and soak up as much as I can
Hahaha thanks man! I'm definitely NOT the best MTB rider, and I'm definitely not the best at any one thing! I do try to be well rounded, but there is SO MUCH MORE to learn and improve on! THanks for the note!
Sick trails, sick riding as always JKW🤙
Thanks Maverick!
Was that huck at 0:57 part of Invictus?
Yep- right at the top of the trail!
So. did you make him pedal all the way to top where the tower and views of rainier are? I know you guys got keys to the gate. lol
So good !!!
Thanks Roger!
Man jeff id love to see you ride with luke Strobel, that would be awesome!
Thanks man- maybe once Evil moves up here to Bellingham I'll get a chance!
Do you know if this will be in the enduro race?
Hey Tucker, I have no idea, sorry!!!
Yes it will be!
crazy footage
JWK is so back wheel.
These trails look rad.
Hahaha if you only have one trick, be sure you can do it anywhere!
Might be a dumb question but how could a trail be ilegall?
Built on private property, meaning that it's trespassing, or that it's hiking only (no bikes). w
Will it ever be shuttle-able?
No idea Eric! It's a great trail tho!
Arg, another sick video that makes me want to move!!!
Hahahah thanks Mike!
But......HOW!? Struggling to wrap my mind around what took place in this video....
Hahaha thanks Jesse!
best videeeo ever after drinking 4 beerskies
Wow, another one?! Lucky! I gotta wake up early tomorrow! Cheers!
best types of v ideos to watch when drinking 3 tall boys alone on a thursday night and a computer
Hahaha thanks man! Check out my other vids as well- Finding Flow on Ladies only and Finding Flow at the Woodlot are very similar. Enjoy!
Sharing the stoke: www.imbikemag.com/mountain-bike-news/2018/06/is-this-the-gnarliest-legal-trail-in-washington/
AWESOME, thanks guys!!! I appreciate it!
Are those hubs stock?
Yeah, stock Ibis logo hubs.
Jeff Kendall-Weed sweet! Sound really nice and loud
Man you can shred
Thank you, I appreciate it JM Outdoors!
Only stating the obvious I'm still working on alot of that. Smooth as butter.
Can you shuttle this trail?
Sick!
Thank you, I appreciate it Dave!
"Background" music way WAY too loud.
I've heard darrington is real gnarly
Darrington has some spicy sections, but it's mostly flow trail.
Careful Jeff, people will stop invitating you if you show up and shred like this on their home turf 😂
Hahaha thanks!!!
Possible THE gnarliest trail. KW manuals it. Self esteem: gone. ;-)
hahahaha "if you've only got one trick, be sure you can do it anywhere!"
Predator is the gnarliest
Haven't ridden it yet! We passed by it in early 2015 when it wasn't ready yet. Will have to get back south!
😮best JKW post of 2018 possibly 😎
Thank you, I appreciate it Andy!
Y’all didn’t even touch a bit of exit 27 there’s much more way crazier lines out there
Title of video is "legal trail", og exit 27 trails are not fully legal. Would love to ride them but I refuse to film on anything that's not explicitly legal.
Seriously....cmon man....that sheet just ain't right.
Hahaha thanks Bugsy!
Jeff, ur manuals are so sick...u should do how to manual video...
Thanks! I'll have to do a tutorial and give away the secrets! Except there really aren't any secrets beyond just practicing!
You should try predator
One day! I would love to ride it with the original builders!
I see you are driving a stick kids today wouldn't know anything about that.
The commentary is far too loud compared to the music.
Thanks for the feedback Pryo, what device are you using? Headphones, speaker? Let me know, no one else had that complaint so I wanna see what sort of device is in play here. Thanks!

First
Cheers guys!
Why do you haul all that weight around. Might as well take off that front wheel already.
