I have been told to not tell a shaman everything too, but that has confused my situation even more. No different from when you dont tell the doctor the truth. They will know something up but they cant tell you the exact answer you need to know.

If you want to know if it’s real then I would recommend you set some terms for your guides. If they make your sickness go away, then it would prove that they are real. You can get a shaman you trust to do the following. In most instances, if it’s your qhuas Neeb, the sickness will go away.

We’ll do our best to help. Normally your qhuas would not cause your daughter to have sleep paralysis. If anything I would think it’s the unpure qhuas who could be causing it.
