I've shook hands and shared story's with Doc Watson, shook hands with Paul Roger's. But to get some hearts from Sheryl Crow on my Birthday. It's the best present ever. Thank you so much.
Super song sung super by Cheryl adding in her super success story for this super ⭐ for all of us to hear and be inspired.. she can still knock out her songs..
@Sherylcrow1 Dear Sheryl, I loved your first album. I am an old Dylan /Stones fan. Early 70s music more than anything else. But that first album of yours had great music and great words. I have seen your performances on TH-cam and you are great at that too. But too much talking does not cut it with me. It’s about the music in the end. Dylan talks little. The wiseman talks little because words can be taken in so many different ways and expose someone. I think Mick Jagger told Keith Richards to stop his political talks. Because in the end music can be loved by both sides of the aisle , but someone might just stop because of a wrong word or a wrong mind set.
@Sherylcrow1 Dear Sheryl, I live in Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand. For sure I will attend if you come to Thailand. Some musicians from the west have concerts in Bangkok. That is about a 10 hour drive from where I am. But I go to the west some times. Paris, France. Or London or Athens in Greece. If you play there and I am there I will attend. I was at a Billy Brag concert once and he started to talk about politics. And the talk was very long and someone in the audience shouted “shut up and play” instead of taking the advice. Billy started to argue with the guy in the audience. I thought to myself “No” I am not even interested in your songs if arguing about politics is more important than playing music and I left the concert. Especially today. Politics is so sensitive. It’s better not to go there. Maybe tell a joke ,a short joke. If you want to talk on stage.
Who would not want to be sitting in with a 2 hour jam session with Sheryl pulling those chords............Class..
