Enchanting is even darker than you described. You aren't merely converting trapped souls into enchantments; you are selling those souls to the Ideal Masters in the Soul Cairn in exchange for enchantments, condemning them to be forever fed upon to fuel the power of the Ideal Masters, like ghostly cattle. In fairness, however, few people in universe understand that they're conducting such a trade.
@@SalazarXenoriaeven then, that’s not entirely true. Serana is only half-right when she proposes this and shouldn’t be taken as 100% accurate. Souls can be offered to any number of deities in exchange for power. This includes types like Molag Bal, Azura.. pretty much any God really. But there’s also the fact that souls can directly power your enchantments before moving onto the Dreamsleeve after being “expended”
@@Selia-xm6ei That's objectively not true. You need to specifically bargain with the ideal masters. There are several cases where them going strictly to the ideal masters is contradicted. To add. If what you say is true, Vanus Galerion would have done everything to outright eradicate soul gem usage across the mages guild. Instead it is common practice.
@@pbatesdomination What is banned by that dead organisation isn't relevant anymore. They banned levitation. But not this. So it doesn't have much leg to stand on. I loove Atronach Binding both because having a ice club is sick as hell but also because of the already established lore implication that bound weapons are lesser deadra. EDIT: Also love the Ritaulist's Circle spell. It has become a cornerstone spell of each and every necromancer character I play!
Superb video. Can you do a video talking about a magic spells mod called - “Mysticism” There are lots of interesting spells there. Would love to see your review.
Just found your channel, and I like your content. However, I'd love to see the spells being used on actual enemies rather than static targets when you present them. Maybe hit a bandit fort next time? Keep it up, though!
There is a spell that causes a "bolt" of magic to attack the cursor direction every time a spell is cast. It works with Spellshot repeater triggering from shot arrows.
A couple questions about the mods that aren't in the description: 1. what was the melee combat mod? 2. what mod makes the world so bright and colorful? 3. what mod gives the enemies the health bars and damage numbers over their heads?
I don't know some of it, but I will try to help you: 1. I think by combat mod you mean trail that comes from the weapon. I'm 99% sure that this mod is precision-accurate Melle collisions 2. The combination of graphics mods and enb or reshade makes the world look so bright, but I don't know name of the reshade, enb or graphics mods 3. I think healthbars come from precision too, but maybe from truehud or immersivehud
@@FormerlyBlue I was just wondering what you think of the daedric armor in Skyrim I think it looks a lot like Gene Simmons of kiss but the helmet looks like a falcon I just had to ask you that I just started to wear the daedric armor because of the whiteroom gourds telling me I wear the armor of a brigand so I went daedric armor instead now no one says nothing
I like destruction spell that deals damage based on your magicka cost. The visual effect is very magic like and it does deal pure damage than elemental. The spell cost is also fixed to your max magicka so building more cost reduction is useless
I adored all the spectral archer spells myself, except relentless precision only because it takes too long to execute the next spell cast, I personally think it should be after every target hit BUT it should drain your magicka over time unless you have 100% reduction cost to illusion...Arcane Archer Build relies on this mod the cc mod and ordinator for lion's arrow perk...Another good mod to review would be triumvirate. It adds some insane druid spells, like turning people's souls into eatable fruit (my head canon) such as bramble growth or parasitic growth, and to turn corpses into veggies.
I tried this mod before but I didn't like it because it felt overwhelming with all of the different spells you can use ,but I also think that was because of the other spell mods I had with it. This video makes me want to give it a second chance though.
Yeah there are a lot of spells in it, and they don't feel as nicely structured and organized as in other mods like Apocalypse, but there are definitely some hidden gems I wanted to spotlight!
I think that’s the double edge sword to it, but I think with a lot of it, it just gives those who like to play as Mages or Spellswords or a healer etc, to really create some unique play styles
This Mod on Xbox is a mess. Especially with Ghost Data. Edit: The optimized version tells you the spells that don’t work. While Meisterb and the Original are very Iffy.
Yep, I use my AI voice clone for all my videos because I'm a stutterer and it's waaaaaay faster than trying to do it myself. Here's a video I made about it: th-cam.com/video/MeywONDX1g8/w-d-xo.html

That's true for black souls in black soul gems. I don't think white souls (from animals, for example) go to the Cairn as well?

I like atronach binding because it gives you bound weapons made of daedra other than basic angry demon men

What if you use the fire spell that throws them up and then use unrelenting force to ABSOLUTELY THROW THEM

Agree, magic mods are great and can open lots of new combat styles!

Lmao too much yapping
You wanna playtest the next version ?
Also, try Holding Psalms down a little longer. You'd be surprised.
I still need this for me and the creation club and the apocalypse mod i need it all everything
Don't buy creation club
There was one Xbox mod where I had a tidal wave destruction spell ( master level ) it was really awesome
elemental destruction magic ?

How do you get any of these? I've seen some of them but boiling earth and all the conjuration spells don't even seem to be any where I look.
At 0:40 what spell is that? That seriously looks like the coolest thing ever 😍
That one's called Oblivion Gate I believe.
whats the animation mod you used to throw fireballs like that? great video
Thanks! It's Comprehensive First Person Animation Overhaul (www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/87169)
neat video :)
Thanks; glad you enjoyed!
Do the archery improvement spells , such as Spellshot Repeater, work with bound bows?
Ooh that's a cool idea! I think they would, I didn't try it out.
Can this be installed mid playthrough?
I would think so, check the mod page to see if it says anything.
