We love this made with chicken thighs. I stock up when the grocery puts the 10# bags of leg quarters on sale....I separate the drumsticks out, then debone and package up the thighs, and freeze all the skin/bones to make stock. Not a thing goes to waste! I also buy lots of whole chicken to separate out too... Have you ever tried the Yoshida brand sauces? I can't find them locally, but they are so good, I order them online. Between pandemics and hurricanes, we don't get to travel much anymore to big cities! My children know you put videos on about 8am....so we have an alarm set to look for your video. It makes them happy when they see you! I love listening to them critique your vegetable choices! But because of your videos, they request lots of different things...like brussel sprouts (which they still don't like). Just wanted you to know you have fans (3.5 & 5) of all ages! Thank you!
