    I love your recipies, I wish more people could enjoy them as much as i do, so I suggest you to add ashtags like #ketorecipies, #keto, #ketodessert, etc. Put them in every recipe you add, so more people could find your channel. I wish you the best

      Thank you. The hashtags are a great idea. I'm new to all this and don't really know how exactly to use hashtags. I guess I should learn lol :)

    This looks amazing... I will be making this soon. Can you try making a keto peanut brittle, pecan brittle, or any keto friendly brittle.

      Thank you. Peanut brittle is a great idea. I will definitely look into that. Good luck on this recipe. Let me know how it turns out.

    Can't wait to try this. I can't use allulose, because, sadly, it isn't gut-friendly for me.

      Awesome I hope this turns out perfect for you when you try this. Keep in mind if you use any other sweetener other than allulose especially an erythritol based sweetener the ice cream will most likely not stay soft and will need to sit out a bit before serving

    You’re my hero ! I’m making this right now . Can I add more liquid Allulose to the custard after cooking? I’d like it a tad sweeter. But I don’t wanna ruin my perfect customer. Hagendaaz Coffee is my absolute favorite ice cream ever ! Can’t wait to try to tomorrow 🙏🥰🤗

      Sorry for the late response. Yes you can add more liquid allulose just in small amounts. I hope you enjoy this when you make this

    Can u use evaporated milk for condensed milk and canned coconut milk for hwc

    • @JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen
      @JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can use coconut cream instead of the heavy whipping cream (coconut cream is the solid part of the canned coconut milk) Just make sure it is chilled overnight for best texture. You can not use evaporated milk to replace condensed milk. It is not as thick and not sweet

      You can use coconut cream instead of the heavy whipping cream. You can also use full fat canned coconut milk. Only use the solid part if you use the canned coconut milk. Do not shake the can. Also for the any of my condensed milk recipes you can use full fat coconut milk or coconut cream

    Hi janet. Does it taste like mousse more then ice cream ?

    • @JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen
      @JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      No it definitely tastes like ice cream. The only way it would taste more like mousse is if it was whisked a little too long

    I’ve tried 2 Keto ice teams with heavy cream and I don’t know but does anyone else get that film of fatty cream on the roof of their mouth it’s so unpleasant. I tried another recipe that subbed coconut milk and almond milk instead of the cream but it didn’t churn stiff enough to put in a cone and after being in the frig it set rock hard even though it said it was scoopable. It was also icy so I haven’t had much success so far. The fat in the cream is just too strong I couldn’t stomach it. Does the condensed milk help with that fattiness of the cream?

    • @JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen
      @JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen  ปีที่แล้ว

      In my opinion the condensed milk makes the ice cream very smooth. Heavy cream can get a little thick

      @@JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen thank you for your reply. Ok I’m going to give it one more try I’ll let you know how I go. Can I churn in an icecream mixer or do I have to do it the way you do?
