Following Sunday's loss to the Oakland Raiders where the silver and black took over Qualcomm Stadium, safety Dwight Lowery called it an embarrassment to San Diego.

There are direct flights from Miami to Los Angeles. There are direct flights from Miami to San Diego. The reason why there will be more visiting fans at Chargers home games at the Greater Los Angeles Area is because there is more transients in the Greater Los Angeles Area than San Diego. /

Bringing up the fact that when ya'll were winning fans showed up kinda just shows the commitment of Charger fans in San Diego when other bad teams still have fans showing up. The Raiders were terrible for 14 years and still had fans coming out. The player was right on this and these dudes are trying to discredit his opinion by saying he wasn't here for the good years. No one wants to go waste 6 hrs on a Sunday at shitty Qualcomm stadium to watch a losing team play a useless game against a bitter rival and blow a lead when they know that the team is going to more than likely move out of the city. Add that to the fact that Raiders fans are easily the most dangerous fans and nobody wants their families around them. Nobody wants to support the Spanii and nobody wants to support a team that is going to chase $$$ and forget about 55 years of history. The Q was packed for years, game after game and the thing is it never mattered whether the Chargers were 14-2 or 1-15 there were fans. The Chargers have die hard fans and I would know since Ive lived in SD my who life. Theyve always supported the team even though they never won a super bowl.
