My mom passed away on September 17, 2022. And she loved your channel. We'd watch your videos together. She'd say let's see what the German is up to. Thanks for the memories. 🙏🥺💔

Your mom hesitated before smiling, and I could see the sadness behind her eyes. But she loves you and knows you have to live your own life. I think you’re Mom’s plan to set up base at her home in Germany is a awesome idea! I loved the Germany videos and literally couldn’t wait for the next vid. I think everyone’s been to the USA and venice might be in your blood, but not everyones cup of tea, but the beautiful Germany and Europe with all its rich history is just mind blowing beautiful. Maybe take a year with you mom and do some close to home Europe trips. That will be great content. You are lucky enough to still have a healthy sweet mother. Cherish those memories and spend as much time as you can with that wonderful lady.

I agree, he should be with his mom at this point in her life. It doesn't look like there is that much left unfortunately. She needs someone to care for her. I was in this situation once and fortunately I did the right thing so I have not so many regrets. You have to be there for your parents no matter what the situation was like when you were younger, people change, we are all adults, you only get one set of parents. You only go around once in this world.
What will he do for a living then? Easier said than done. I left Europe and barely go back.

He can still create you tube videos in Germany and Europe and can still earn from you tube and that’s a big percentage of what he does for a living. In case you don’t know, you get money for enough views on you tube. His sweet Mom offered rent free accommodation, so that’s minimal expenses. Think before you comment. Have you even watched his entire video?
@@m.s1520 I understand. But I don’t know if TH-cam is his only income or not. Not do I know if he has a family in the US, bills to pay, mortgage and more. I am in the same situation. Mother alone in Europe and I live in the US. I have a TH-cam channel and I speak German. I can relate. But it’s not always as easy to make decisions they work for the family and also financially.
You’ll never regret time with your mom. I just lost my mom. I’m so glad I spent a lot of time with her the past few years (we live in different states).

My grandmother watches your videos. She watched them all through the pandemic and is a huge fan. She told me to type a comment expressing She is extremely grateful for the beautiful scenery you film. My mom died when I was living far away from her I wish I would have lived with her long enough so Mike think about spend more time with her you got an amazing mom but always people follow their dreams and happiness

If it was me, i couldn't leave all your friends and of course your mother to live in America, I would be only going to America to move back home for your mum. The video about your familys home and bar and party before was a really a sad story. Only you can return the joy back to this household, maybe flying back to Germany every few months! @Joe Mabus I lost my Mom years ago. Her and GIV mom had lots of similarities. When I first saw his mom in the videos, I instantly got attached to her. She reminds me so much of my Mom . She has such a Impeccable Personality 💕💕💕

Honestly I for some reason would like it better in Krefeld. Although I've never been there it seems more interesting. Glad to see GoGo is doing ok. Remember my suggestions 6 months in each country, our maybe 4/4/4 and just keep rotating, if you can afford it. We enjoyed your German videos. See my German name. Their are a million places you can visit in Germany and make videos, i.e Schutzenfests in Northwest Germany (i.e. Sassenberg), more castles, churches, farms, auto festivals, even bakeries, bike trails, etc...

Good adventure. My adventure these days is driving to the grocery store. I had a man last week hit me in my ankles tendons from behind with his cart and nearly knocked me down. Today a woman was angry at me in the cheese aisle because my cart was in her way.
I think the sunshine at the beach keeps you happy. Also the fresh salty air.

I'm going to give my unpopular opinion since everyone else is sharing their popular ones. I think your mom did her best asking you to please stay home with her by discussing home base.
You can go to Venice all you want in the future, but for now, you can never get time back that could have been spent with her. You have a relationship with her that many wish they had. So many times I see people write that if they could only walk with, eat with, hang out with, hug etc etc their mom just once more..... if you freely have the choice to temporarily reside in two places you dearly love, couldn't you put one on hold for awhile? Regrets never die.
