      Yep too easy, even a bunch of 12 idiots fell for it. They even sucked down the cut up shoes and the cut up hat. BTW did Telles own the band saw which cut up the shoes?
      Funny story I was in Smiths Grocery just yesterday and saw them selling BAGS of Halloween hay which looked exactly like the straw in the gym bag the Prosecution claimed was part of the Hat. No testing of course just more wild claims it was hat pieces. Defense said it was Halloween hay..which it 100% was.

DENALI literally means the “the tall one”. Costume>>outfit worn to create the appearance characteristic of a particular person.
      The entire scenario can only be a frame-up. Nobody would kill somebody like this. It "sounds" cool, but really? I would lay odds there has not been a similar murder as this in 40 years since they ran Lefty out of town. Certainly not a crime of passion. It just smells like a frame-up. RT gave the jury a possible reason for it. They laughed that off. Like who is ever stealing from old people?? what silliness.

What is surprising is they never asked themselves why these two clips from the one video cam was all the prosecution had. Does anybody seriously (seriously now) believe there was no video of the Telles house? even from 100 yards? Video which would have shown this SUV pulling into his house and TELLES exiting and retrieving a bag? I google mapped it there are what look like several ring cams near his house. Where's the video Metro? A poorer neighborhood is covered in cameras but this more affluent one is devoid? in a day and age where $200 buys you really good security coverage? sorry doesn't wash, Video was withheld because it DIDNT show what they needed for their story to fit.

      Yep the unidentified killer sure was. Same for the SUV, Much of the costume. Most of the video they never presented. Not a single dashcam video. Not one clip of the missing license plate. Not one clip of the driver head on. Just 30 minutes of footage showing the killer driving and walking around waiting for his GO signal German was home. Time to practice the limp some more.

      @johndough23 12 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Heck there was not even video of Telles at Planet Fitness 25 minutes after he supposedly returned home (no close video of that ever). The PF footage would have answered some questions...like did he have the BAG with him? (logic says no, no video, no).

    • @johndough23
      @johndough23 12 วันที่ผ่านมา

      They could have married the bag to him. They could have married the vehicle to him and the retrieval of the bag from the back seat. BUT according to Metro there was no video of his home nor video at a major Fitness center. The alt explanation is there was no bag in his hand and the imposter never actually drove into his driveway or got out. OR alt2 is Telles knew there was no cameras at either location so he didn't waste much time doing his limp walk at either. But he did spend 30 minutes before he carved German up performing for the cameras. Cause ultimately Robert Telles has a huge self sabotage complex.

      So what is your story to explain how the killer made Jeff German come-out that day? The evidence showed he never knocked on his door, threw rocks, banged on the wall, He simply took a position "lying in wait" and 1-2-3 minutes later (edited video by Metro) German exits his garage right into the hands of the killer. He doesn't look around, he literally jumps into the killing. If somebody didn't call German to look, how did he know to go look? and if a call was made, where are the phone records of who called?
      Bonus points for how the killer even knew he was home.

      Very little in the last 35 years here in Vegas has been as revealing as the time Telles spent on the stand. Too bad they successfully buried more coverage of it under some clown show frame-up. Probate and the dissolving of the deceased estates is a huge national scandal. Elder abuse is rampant. I have personal experience it is widespread and horrific. The entire Flipper thing is directly tied into this. Much of the ridiculous prices for RE is tied into this activity. Framing a rare whistleblower for murder doesn't seem like heavy lifting for these syndicates. The money passing hands is into the many many millions of dollars in every decent sized city in America.

If he got it from the murder it would have almost healed in 5 days, OR he would have sought medical stitches. As lame as it sounds, he cut it probably as he said, cooking. A lot of murder convictions are the result of powerful circumstantial evidence: that doesn't mean it's less compelling than direct evidence, either.
      There is a point in which old-fashioned common sense enters the equation.
      Fwiw, Telles has been unhinged for decades. Of course, it was rightfully inadmissible at trial, but it does
      go to show character after the fact.
      I'll venture that those who side with his version of German's murder are those who buy into myriad other conspiracy theories. (The DSM-5 discusses this at length, and I'm not being facetious.)
      Suggesting that Compass Realty, LVPD, 'old guard' at the public administration office is so farfetched that it beggars belief.
      Telles has left a dark web of lies in his wake - a horrific and heartbreaking legacy for his innocent children, too.
      But please do write to him and encourage this lunacy. Since he's delusional to think that his appeal will be accepted, let him get his hopes up only to be dashed.
      In the meantime, we hope that Judge Leavitt will add the sentencing enhancements consecutively vs. concurrently, pushing the possibility of parole out even further.
