  • Part of one set (phone went out of memory) with DMS Störkraft 1.2 mm red on a Stiga Clipper wood (classic) and Yinhe Jupiter II on FH. The back spin on blocks can be better with Barna Original Super Glanti, but aggressive pushing and handeling no spin is better with Störkraft. The ABS-ball stiga Perform was used.

    I am using Barna Super Glanti 0.8 and Nittaku FastArc G1 2.0 on a Dr. Neubauer Matador Texa Carbon, so far the best combo I have tried, and I have tried alot.

    Nice anti techniques! What handle do you use on your Clipper and what sport shoes do you use? Best regards.

      Thanks. There I used a Classic Clipper with straight handle. The shoes are by the brand Kempa and they are actually made for handball :)

      @@JoachimKarlgren Thank you very much for your answers Joachim, could you tell me as well the thickness and weight of your Clipper, please? Do you feel comfortable with the straight handle of your Clipper? Best regards from Barcelona.

      @@tonetruiz If I can choose I always use straright handles. The size I think may be printed at Siga's website, it is a very common handle-type. The weight of my CLipper is 91 gram, rather light for being a Clipper. This makes it a little slower than my other that is at 96 gram.

      Only Vortex, but Störkraft has more spin reversal

    Hey brother, I got ABS EVO 2 2.3. Not sure what blade to put it on. I have Clipper Classic too and ALL Classic. How do you find it on the Clipper?

    • @JoachimKarlgren
      @JoachimKarlgren  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I never tried ABS2Evo, but other ABS 2 seems faster than 1,2 störkraft. So I guess Clipper may be a little fast. But try it! Try the allround as well. Only way to know what suits you is to try.

      @@JoachimKarlgren im new to anti, but i read the 2.3 is pretty slow (2.5 being the slowest). Maybe i'll just stick to the ALL classic for now then

      The version I got is not good with Störkraft or SuperGlanti. But it is good with medium pips :). I am waiting for a new version

    Doesn’t seem like you get a lot of spin reversal in the ball!!!
    Also the blocks go long!
    Try buying a dampening sponge!
    You can always message me i have some secrets about anti😜😜

    • @JoachimKarlgren
      @JoachimKarlgren  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, the spin reversal was rather poor, a well used rubber that I had moved around on different bats makes the top sheet bad (and the ball is a Stiga Perform ABS, the worst ball for anti). It has a dampening sponge, one of the best actually (very similar to te red one of Vortex). But my opponent knows how to play against that so he attacks a lot with low spin and that can cause the ball to fly long is I am not careful. When I put a fresh sheet on those things go away :). But the SuperGlanti has better spin reversal on blocks, but it is also more difficult against no spin or for attacking back spin. But I will use SuperGlanti again soon (I am working on a new blade :) ).

      @@JoachimKarlgren i now use a spinlord ultra balsa blade.

      @@tomantispin Interesting! I have a Spinlord ultra balsa V blade. I tried it with SuperGlanti and it was not good compared to Sword Final Strike. Not sure why, in theory the Spinlord blade should be good. What dampening sponge do you use with BAD?
      Me and Marcus (the plsyer in the SuperGlanti video) are experimenting with harder sponges for the SuperGlanti and it seems very promising. The black sponge from Spinlab is very good. But also putting a thick sheet of paper (a little thicker than regular printer paper) under a 0.8 mm SuperGlanti is interesting.

      @@tomantispin Is that similar to the red of Vortex? Or is it more hard like a Neubauer? I have an old red dampening sponge, like 8 years old, that looks like that. Soft and with fibers lie a thick cloth, not like the Vortex.
