How is Bob? ~The original video helped me so many years ago when I had knots in my back due to tensing up during stress. The tennis ball and the S shaped tool worked the best but now I have a massage gun. I have to be careful with the massage gun because sometimes it's too aggressive. I have actually had bruises on my shoulders from it. I like that pillow technique. Thank you ♥
Bob is doing well, thank you for asking! Yes, don’t use the massage gun for longer than 10 minutes at a time on one area as it can cause bruising because it is pretty aggressive!
