The original redhead was meant to be at least a coquette, possibly a ho. Unlike the other captured women, she sees these newly-wealthy, frankly horny pirates as a way of coming up in the world. I miss her sassiness, but I do like Redd's new attitude, her animatronic and its more naturalistic movement. My favorite Anne Bonney quote, BTW, was when she was let out of prison for "pleading her belly" (meaning she was pregnant, and the court was loath to kill her innocent unborn child by hanging her). On her way out she passed the cell where Calico Jack Rackham was awaiting trial, and is purported to have said to him, "I am sorry to see you there, but if you had fought like a man you need not hang like a dog."
Yeah I honestly think one of the best things about the new animatronic is that it just generally is a better animatronic. And I love Anne Bonney, she's such a cool historical figure. :)

So the White and Pink are actually two Simplicity 8162 nightgowns/chemises layered on top of each other, the white one I made with the ruffle and the pink one without. The red corset I just bought off of amazon, I'm also wearing a random black skirt underneath so you can see it when I pull the skirts up, and like a cheap random black belt that I just already owned.
