The Xcover 6 pro is slightly better compared to this, first of all for the chip.. your xcover 6 pro have the snapdragon 778g, type c port 3.2 (xcover 7 have 2.0) ,and even the cameras of 6 pro are better than xcover 7... in my opinion the real successor of 6 pro will be the xcover 7 pro (i hope for the snap chip tho)
They have rubber sealer in backcover (just see it when he open the backcover), that means it's water proof (are you didn't know, 2014 galaxy S5 which still can remove the backdoor easly, are waterproof too ?)
The idea that removable covers stop things from being waterproof is nonsense. There were waterproof phones before all this unrepairable sealed-up shit became the standard. Glad the EU is twisting arms to bring that back.
