used to live right there. there were tall towers with a flat platform on top of them also in the surrounding area... what were those for? part of radar or something? there was one right behind the old trailer park

Me too, we used to go threw Eggers Grove to get there. In the late 60s & early 70s we hunt and trap near there. We would fish at Wolfe Lake.

We used to play there too in the late 60s & 70s. I lived on 108th & O we ride our bikes to Eggers Grove and then over to the Nike Site.
I lived in the trailer park as a very young kid, do you remember the name of the old trailer park or the street?
@@JacoZawinul Was something like "Harbor Point" or ...something like that. E 134th st. that turned into "Boyscout Road" and lead into Hammond.
