I highly recommend the harbor freight Chief high speed air saw, nice precision cuts and doesn’t move the bumper around as much. Saves the cutting wheels and chipped paint
I used a Hot Wire/Hot Knife setup I got off of Amazon, for foam. Very buttery smooth lines. A heat gun on low will soften the bumper material and it can be rolled under and held in place while it cools. Wear some hi-temp gloves, like welding gloves. You can really shrink your bumper down, and it leaves an almost OEM appearance. I practiced on an old Dodge Neon bumper cover first. But, yea, those air saws are good too. I've never used one on a Bumper cover, just sheet metal.

may i ask what you did with your washer rez? did you completely remove it or just move it to a different location?
When jumping or when driving fast off-road, will it not break through the suspension to the bump stop?
