You are so delightful to watch. I am glad that you are going to be on at least once a month. Love what you are stitching, many are the projects that I am also stitching.
Thank you for another great Floss-tube. I enjoyed the creative FFO’s so much - beautiful work ladies. I also appreciate the careful showing and explanation of floss and fabric. It is so hard to pick online. Sometimes the photos are right on target, but other times - YIKES, 😂 So happy I met you at Stitch New England. Ive discovered it is extra special to watch Floss-tubes when you’ve met the stitchers! 🪡🧵 Of course, looking forward to meeting is also great. 🤗 Happy Stitching! Jacque 🐑
Love watching you girls! I love that quilt block shirt too. The way you show your stitches on the board is amazing. Yes, PSA, get your skin checked. My older brother is on hospice right now from metastatic melanoma. He just never went to get his skin checked. Keep up the great work.
Thank you!! I wished the lady I purchased my shirt from was still making them. I've had several people interested in purchasing one. I am so sorry to hear that about your brother. My prayers for you all .
First of all, you two are SO talented with your stitching! All of your stitching is so beautiful. I am so jealous of your stitching on linen. I struggle with that. I do wish I lived near you because I know we would be great friends!! Love all your humor. Keep the episodes coming!
I LOVE how your stitchings were ironed AND you had them all clothes pinned to your nice board!! You guys rock!! It’s my first time meeting you but I’m trying to up my game. I love linen but am not sewing very nicely on it.
Glad to see another floss tube- enjoyed your stitches as well as your haul (my husband would have a fit 😂😂 not only with haul but lucky you get to go to all those retreats ) I am going to Stitch New England as I live in RI and that is my LNS and retreat center is only 35 min away. This is my very first retreat 🙌🙌. Lisa - Cinnamon Stars was one of the very first patterns I bought when I got back into stitching 5 years ago (you know I was one of those 80’s stitchers- Precious moments, teddy bears etc) and I still haven’t stitched it 😜. Megan regarding the stitches you no longer want to do - they are having a free table at retreat where you could bring and leave on that table - patterns, fabric etc that you r no longer interested in (I bet some people wouldn’t even mind finishing a stitch you started and Jon longer want- just a thought)looking forward to meeting/seeing you on the 13th. I am in NH this weekend closing up camper and all the trees are starting to turn colors .a you gals will need to take a ride north of stitch retreat to see them - however they will not have totally turned colors when you are here.
It's finally cooled down some here in NW Fl. Right now it's raining a bit. I'm so glad because it's been so dry this whole summer and so far this fall. I'm so happy to see cooler weather. I've been looking forward for it to be cooler since spring!! LOL I hate hot weather. I try and hibernate during the heat in the summer. I love seeing all your stitching. I have a few of the patterns you have stitched but I haven't yet. Seeing what ya'll did makes me want to get started on them.
I love competition season! Thankfully my senior hopes to do DCI after high school and drumline in college. I should have several more years to enjoy these moments with them. I know they will pass quicker than I want them to.
Great video. I love seeing what you’re working on. And it’s obvious that you’re close friends. I just bought Black Coffee for the first time, and it’s my new favorite dark neutral.
Just found your channel today and LOVING it. ❤ I started with your first video and am so excited to catch up. Your fabric choices are so beautiful. I’m fully convinced that I now need to acquire a few plum street samplers patterns😍 and as much as I love my 28ct I’m so tempted to try some 36 or even 40. Keep up the fantastic work.
Another great Flosstube!! Y’all had some great haul. It’s been over a year since I’ve been to The Stitch Niche. I was in Spring this weekend and visited 3 Stitches. The two shops in Arkansas - Shepherd’s Needle in Little Rock and Stitcher’s Garden in Conway are on my list to visit hopefully soon.
O.M.Gee! Y'all are so fun to watch. I feel like we're sitting at a retreat and gabbing about all the things. Thanks so much for the shout out for my *new* Etsy shop. 🙂 I'll miss seeing you at Stitch New England, but adulting things are coming first. Have a super wonderful fantastic time!
I heard about y’all from Just Keep Stitching. I had to subscribe to yalls channel. I have to say I love you two ladies already. Love how y’all met. We are practically neighbors… well, two hours away neighbors. I live in Wichita Falls Tx.
Don’t worry about showing old WIPS or what others may have done. Do you know how many Hog Run Hollow projects I’ve seen on Flosstube and I still love seeing all the different variations. So show your work and be proud! Beautiful stitches you two!
You ladies are too much fun. I'm a little jealous of Stitch West because Primrose is my favorite but I have too much going on next year. Enjoy New England. ❤
Love your music intro!! Megan don’t worry about showing a project that people have stitched before you because so many people change the fabric and floss and it is so nice to see how every stitcher makes that project their own. Happy stitching!!
We figured tunes with a little country twang was fitting for two Texas gals 🤠. You are correct, it is always fun to see other stitchers make a chart their own style.
Beautiful finishes and starts. I just want to agree with your chart theory and add for myself, I love everything and want to do it all. But honestly that's not possible so now I'm trying to buy a project after something is completely finished. Then only purchasing for that chart/project. That's my October resolution.
I agree very hard to hear. Have to had the words on so miss so much of the things you hold up. Just saying these things to help you out. Beautiful finishes.
We are thinking that when the video first uploads the higher video resolution is taking longer to upload so the video sound is low and the picture quality is grainy. Once the HD is complete the video looks normal. We are trying hard to figure out all the kinks.
It’s so good to see y’all back! I’m ready for cooler weather too! It’s been sooo hot here in Mississippi. Loved all of your WIPS and finishes, they are just beautiful! Have a great time in New England! 😊
Great visiting with y'all. Love all the stitchy goodness y'all showed. Have fun at the retreats. I think if monthly works for your schedules, then anything different would be overwhelming. Plus, y'all can always do bonus themed videos (pattern parade, outstanding wips, tutorials, home decor, etc) if you find you have time to film between regular videos. That way it's not a 'commitment' but on your terms.
Just wanted to mention that you can use you book of days to keep track of stuff you did besides stitching then you won’t have to try to remember, it’s all in the book!
Yaay!! Are you guys going to Stitch West in 2024 then? That's my neighborhood lol... I live about 10 min from the Shepherd's Bush and I'm going to the retreat also... it will be fun to see you guys!
I’m with you if you saw my upstairs and saw all my finishing pieces that I’ve bought over the last 2 to 3 years. I’m the same way. I don’t even know what I bought them for. Lol I have started putting a Post-it note or writing on the back of them what chart goes with what. . But I do like your idea of just picking out a couple of the pieces and stitching that I may have to give that a go for 2024.
I painted the sand worm from Bettlejuice on a coffee table for my daughter. It was so fun! Beautiful stitching. Enjoy Boston…it’s our favorite big city. My in laws live in NH and RI, so we do get to visit often. Yes, my heart will always belong to Texas…but I do love Florida too. What fabric did you choose for Live on little?
So fun to find your channel. I just finished Babushka’s Blossoms. So cute. Long time WIP. I haven’t started my Weigh In series or painted my scale. So jelly of your finishes. 😂🧡🎃
I prayed for several years to have a stitching buddy near by. Then one day Lisa appeared and we have been inseparable since. Keep looking because I'm sure you may find one when you least expect it.
I didn’t mind seeing the same patterns from many different stitchers. Sometimes seeing one of them may push me to go ahead and order it for myself. Show us all of the stuff! Lol
Megan and Lisa. I appreciate your stitching talent and enthusiasm for this craft. You will inspire many to keep picking up their needle and thread. I say this with much kindness, truly … Lisa, please stop talking over Megan. She has a lot to share with us as well. Please don’t feel pressured to do more videos than you can handle. I am in awe of the people that video weekly and have content to show…I will never be able to video that often. Hi. Do you have a list of all your monthly word plays conversations? I love your September and have been paralyzed for more than a year with color choices!! Thanks in advance!
We use the Book of Days planner. This was our first year and we enjoyed using it. The new 2024 planners will be available soon. We jazzed ours up with stickers from Hobby Lobby.
We are not going to talk about how much colour & cotton fabric I bought from the shop 😬 Yes, the word plays!! Y’all make me want to stitch them so bad!! 😍😍
Thank you 🙂 I ordered it from a creator on Etsy, but she has since closed shop. If she comes back I will be sure to give her a shout out for you all to go take a look at her store front.
We didn't go to the Stitching Bee since it was the same weekend as Stitch New England. We had a handful of friends who attended, and they had a fun time.
I think that the HD quality was slow to load, hopefully it’s been remedied now. If you ever experience quality issues, we do appreciate you letting us know!
You two are so funny and lovely to watch on floss tube. Your projects are great and i love your choices. Looking foreward to the next one❤
Thank you!
Another great flosstube, you do an amazing job.Love your haul and hope you had a great time at Stitch New England. Can't wait for your next flosstube.
Thank you so much!
You are so delightful to watch. I am glad that you are going to be on at least once a month. Love what you are stitching, many are the projects that I am also stitching.
Thank you so much! Once a month seems to work best for both of our schedules as of now.
Love watching you two!! Y’all are naturals at it. Look forward to the next flosstube! Have fun at your retreat. I have never been to one!
Thank you so much!!
You guys are so fun to watch. I love the orange tee shirts.
Thank you! We didn't even plan to be matching..lol!

Well done ladies! Enjoy your upcoming New England retreat. Happy stitching 😊

Yay Carolyn! Thanks for watching! 🥰🥰
First of all, you two are SO talented with your stitching! All of your stitching is so beautiful. I am so jealous of your stitching on linen. I struggle with that. I do wish I lived near you because I know we would be great friends!! Love all your humor. Keep the episodes coming!
Thank you for all the love! I was so overwhelmed when trying linen and Lisa convinced me to practice and practice. Now it is all I want to stitch on.
I’ve been to several quilt retreats away from home but never a cross stitch retreat at all….Sounds like it’s going to much fun for you gals!
We always have a good time! 💕 a quilting retreat sounds fun too! Maybe one day if I get a sewing machine and learn to quilt! 🙌🏻
Yay! Great FlossTube! Hope to meet you at Stitchaway!
Thank you 💜 We are looking forward to Stitch Away. We had such a fun time last year.
I LOVE how your stitchings were ironed AND you had them all clothes pinned to your nice board!! You guys rock!! It’s my first time meeting you but I’m trying to up my game. I love linen but am not sewing very nicely on it.
Thank You! Give yourself grace stitching on linen as it takes time to get your tension down.

Love all the finishes!
Thank you!
Keep up the great work ladies!
Thank you! Will do!
what a delight...I am also a marching band mom...they are grown and flown...miss the comopetitions....
I love competition season! Thankfully my senior hopes to do DCI after high school and drumline in college. I should have several more years to enjoy these moments with them. I know they will pass quicker than I want them to.
I had two of my "bandys" go through college on scholarship...it was the best..
I will be at Stitch West in April 2024 too!! Great video ladies!
Yay! Thank you! We look forward to meeting new stitchy friends.
You guys are fun to watch….keep it up
Thanks for watching!
Great video. I love seeing what you’re working on. And it’s obvious that you’re close friends. I just bought Black Coffee for the first time, and it’s my new favorite dark neutral.

Enjoy your video ladies. Lots of beautiful stitching and great haul. Thanks for sharing.
You're so kind 💗 we love sharing and being a part of this wonderful community.
I’m going to Stitch West too! I’m excited to meet you both. April is so far away.

Okay within the 28 minutes into your video I have placed orders for two patterns you just showed!!!

Thank you! 💗
Hi ladies. You are such a wonderful addition to the FlossTube community! I really enjoyed this video and am looking forward to the next 😊

Nancy, Debbie and I will be at the 2nd weekend of Stitching in the Wild!
Can't wait for all the fun retreat shenanigans 😉
Another fun flosstube! You two are so cute! I hope you love your Owl-O-Ween project bags. 🦉🪡 Have fun at Stitch New England!
Thank you Michelle! I still trying to decide which project I'm going to put in my new bag for the trip. The quality of your bags is impeccable 🤩
Just wanted to mention that you can use you book of days to keep track of stuff you did besides stitching then you won’t have to try to remember, it’s all in the book!
Great advice Thanks!
Y’all are too cute! See ya next time❤
Thank you!
Everything you show and share is sooooo inspiring! This is a wonderful video 💕
Thank you so much!!
So many retreats and so little time!! Great job ❤
Isn't that the truth!

Great episode! I love that y’all love the Housewives as much as we do ❤ Happy Stitching!
Thank you 😊. I have so many of their charts that I never know which one I want to stitch next.
@@TheSassySouthernStitchers I’m the exact same way!! Haha

So fun to find your channel. I just finished Babushka’s Blossoms. So cute. Long time WIP. I haven’t started my Weigh In series or painted my scale. So jelly of your finishes. 😂🧡🎃
Lisa's color palette for that chart is beautiful. She makes me want to stitch that chart now.
Good job girls!!!!!! Y’all did wonderful!! And the stitch shop where Megan got the purple fabric is called The Stitcher’s Garden in Conway Arkansas!!
Thank you Amber!😘 I knew you would know the shop name.
It is so neat that you guys have each other for stitching together and to go to retreats together.
I prayed for several years to have a stitching buddy near by. Then one day Lisa appeared and we have been inseparable since. Keep looking because I'm sure you may find one when you least expect it.
Check the weather be fore you go in your retreat. I know here in Michigan it’s supposed to be in the 80s this week.
I've been tracking(stalking 🤪)the weather there for a month. I'm so tired of the Texas heat that even 80° would be a relief🥵
Debra Bessent makes the project bags at the Stitch Niche
We will be sure to add her to the notes. Thanks 😊
I didn’t mind seeing the same patterns from many different stitchers. Sometimes seeing one of them may push me to go ahead and order it for myself. Show us all of the stuff! Lol
Thank you 😊. We will definitely keep showing all the stitchy things.
Glad to see you back. ❤
Love all the finishes. Stitch West April will be my 3rd Stitch West. Can't wait 🎉
Thank you. We look forward to meeting you at the next Stitch West.
Have fun at the retreat!
Thank you! 💗
Megan and Lisa. I appreciate your stitching talent and enthusiasm for this craft. You will inspire many to keep picking up their needle and thread.
I say this with much kindness, truly … Lisa, please stop talking over Megan. She has a lot to share with us as well. You barely allow her to express a thought before jumping in to add your two cents, often interrupting so that Megan cannot finish a point she’s trying to make. I really don’t mean to be hurtful. Watch your videos as if you are a viewer and I think you’ll see where improvements can be made.
Best wishes.
Thank you for your feedback.

For the pieces that you don’t care for, you can adopt it out to a watcher…there is likely someone who would love to finish it.
I'm thinking 2024 will have a few WIP's that are adopted. My taste has changed so much just over the last two years.
Crazy awesome stitches! Y’all are awesome!
Thank you so much. We appreciate all the kind comments.
Hi! Did you go to the Stitch Niche in Pantego? I never knew there was a shop there. I’m in Austin area. Looks like it 2.5 hrs away from me. 😊
Yes, we try and go every Wednesday if our schedule allows.
Hi. Do you have a list of all your monthly word plays conversations? I love your September and have been paralyzed for more than a year with color choices!! Thanks in advance!
Lisa keeps a list of her conversions. If you want to send us an email she will gladly list them for you.
Great video! What calendar/planner do you use to track your stitching progress? I loved the size and simplicity of it!
Go Taylor! 💕🙌🏻
