Pale girli here and I love blush shades like that, the high contrast and rich pigment looks really vampy on my skin, great to add a touch of color to dark/gothic makeup looks

Being 'flushed' might not look the same but it certainly shows in a different way. Really though, what are you mad at? Blush is for everyone and with darker shade options, it really CAN be for everyone (like in this video), for those who want to use it. If you're upset about traditional colours not showing on darker skin tones then how about we also get upset at how blush is supposedly meant to imitate rosy cheeks and yet most of the time, it really doesn't because people use it however they'd prefer.

Search up Silicone lip applicator! it's apparently meant to mimic the way fingers smudge products around - the one I have works perfectly for blotting lip colors and a bit of blush!
Not sure why those types of applicators don't get more recognition. It looks to me like she's using a silicone applicator tip, which is on the end of one of my foundation brushes and let me tell you it is the bomb & is the closest thing to duplicaying a finger.

Brown and purple are complimentary colors ,that's why purple blushes are so perfect with people that are dark skinned
