Guys, I have reported this video. Problem is that I am not sure if all these guys will have their jobs now or not. Did the interviewer explain the risks to these guys before showing their faces? The man who says his family doesn't know and he wears a shirt when he goes back - I am really not sure what will happen when his family sees this video.
I have no issues in getting ground issues from gig workers, but chehra hide / blur kar dete bhai.

that's so fuckin stupid, america has the same and their base salaries are almost nothing, say no to tips strongly, it hurts businesses as people leave job very often, makes people feel anxious and guilty for the tips and these people get no social security at all. For now at least zomato would help a little bit in case of an accident or something.

Dear Jist, thanks for sharing such a video where we can see the pain behind the gig culture. However, there are few thing I want to convey in hope they reach you.
There was a man who said with teary eyes that he did not tell his family about his job. You should have had the courtesy to blur his face.
Please remember, this is a gig culture where they are paid by the time they put. And you sure took a lot of their time for your interview. This directly put a lot of pressure on those guys especially the last one. I presume you must have paid them enough to cover their loss of pay that day.

Delivery is a luxury, and should be considered one. All the delivery services should increase the base pay for the delivery agents. If a customer can't afford it so be it.
Bhai zomato jab 50rs delivery charge lgata hai, tab aap zomato ki customer service ke paas jaake complaint karte ho ki etne jada kyon. Zomato hmare se paise leke hi delivery guy ko deta hai. Agar ham hi nahi denge to delivery guys ko paise kese milenge? There's a TIP option after and before a delivery. On every delivery start giving 500rs as a TIP. Kya aapne aaj tak tip di hai? kya aapko pta bhi tha ki there's an option called TIP?

I was hoping they'd at least give some gift or tip as a token of appreciation for participating in the video, after all you are profiting from their contribution. Extremely casual interviewer who didn't seem like he was empathizing with the riders.

Everyone ordering food from Swiggy and Zomato, please consider tipping a minimum of 20 rupees. Even if just 10 people tip 20 -30 rupees each, it will collectively make 200 -300 rupees for the delivery personnel in a single day.
