Remember, each aspect of the Nocturnal Arms represents a past or future weilder of that weapon. So some unfortunate dead peice of meat will at some point have Charon bearign down on them holding this thing.
It's not a future wielder. It can be depending on the aspect (especially for the hidden aspects) but not necessarily and Charon had it in the past iirc. Aspect of Hestia for example, she used it in the past before Zagreus was even born.
fun fact you there is no such thing as a 'rare' burger, the only reason your steak csn be rare is the bacteria only forms on the outside of beef. When you grind the beef, you introduce the bacteria from the outside to the inside which is risky. You can eat it like that just fine but there is always the risk involved. also in terms of done-ness of a steak it *shouldn't* be subjective as there are clear internal temperatures for each cook with different cuts, which is why sous vide is so good at making steaks to your desired cook. Smash burgers are where you take the patty and smash it into the pan/grill with a weight, you get a beautiful crust on the meat and it's really delicious
Beef tartare is litterally raw ground beef. Nobody gets sick eating raw beef, if the grinder is clean and the cooks wash their hands, unlike with poultry which does have salmonella inside. Most people eating their steaks well done or medium well do so because they can't stand to see pink in their meat. Two steaks can have the same internal temperature (so the same doneness), but a thicker piece of meat can have a pinkier inside. It depends on the cooking method (sous vide vs reverse sear vs regular) and where the temp probe is.
@@Dogeek steak tartare is safe because a higher quality meat is used, it is kept cold or frozen for a period to deal with potential nasties and the handling is much more meticulous than a burger. It's also (usually) cut by hand which further reduces contamination risk. Sure if you have sourced the meat and can ensure its freshness you can have a burger a bit pink but getting a pink burger from a regular food place is a red flag
It's clear this commenter has taken a food safety course of some kind. Any food safety course goes over the specifics of this. Bacteria can typically penetrate the first 1/8th of an inch of meet. This is why you can safely eat a rare steak, medium rare steak, etc. This is also why you can have a "blue rare" steak, where you sear each side for 30 seconds to cook through that initial 1/8th of an inch of meat to kill the bacteria that's present before serving it. But if you cook a "rare burger", then you aren't killing all the bacteria. No piece of ground beef is larger than 1/8th of an inch thick, and therefore if you aren't cooking it through, you aren't killing all of the bacteria. The reason you can have steak tartare is the same reason you can have sushi. It's kept at low temperatures/frozen so that bacteria can't multiply to unsafe levels. The quality of the meat is high enough that during the butchering, delivery, and preparation process the materials used are kept sanitary and safe. You wouldn't go to McDonalds and get Steak Tartare if they were selling it, just like you wouldn't go get sushi at a gas station. *That said* how things are prepared at restaurants has to adhere to a higher standard than how things are prepared at home. If you want to defrost something in a restaurant, you have specific procedures to do so.. If you want to defrost it at home, some people just throw it on a plate, and leave it on the counter until it's defrosted, cook it up, and serve. The risks someone takes at home are different than at businesses for a reason, it's all about degrees of risk, and responsibility. If I take shortcuts in my food preparation process, that's on me. I'm not going to sue myself for undercooking my burger, and then eating it. If a restaurant takes shortcuts, that's on them, and makes them liable to lawsuit, as there's an expectation of quality.
Demeter is great for this because you will freeze melee enemies when you drop casts. Poseidon's omega cast is amazing, it's just raw damage. Hephaestus + Poseidon can give your omega cast a 600 damage Hephaestus burst every 6 seconds, which mean's every 3rd or 4th time you use the combo, 600 extra damage in the cast. I usually put Hephaestus on attack, because then you get 200 damage if you ever use it for some reason, then take his armor and health boons if necessary. Apollo Flare is good but slows you down so much that I would rather roll for Poseidon. Good specials are Apollo and Hera, less good Demeter and Aphrodite .
@@amanofnoreputation2164 i personally don't think Charon axe is any good. I think thana axe is better and most versatile because it can be used as special axe since attackspeed does affect special cast speed. Demester for axe is only good for two things. Weed killer for spin to win and Slowcooker if you put hestia as primary attack for burn builds.
Born gain is my personal favourite magic regen boon, if only because it sets up the Side Hustle Exodia Wombo Combo with Double Up/Ocean's Bounty. It's so laughably simple it'll almost certainly get nerfed.
I like Lucid Gain more than Born Gain for Charon. Lucid Gain is absolutely better with Charon versus other aspects due to having control of when your casts expire.
For sure. As a matter of fact it's probably the best one for that . Just make sure you're not using the vow that gives armor to enemies otherwise they'll tank the cast damage.
I have struggled with Charon builds when enemy speed is increased, because sometimes it's just literally hard to get an omega special in, without taking damage from nearby enemies So it may depend on what vows you're taking
I feel like aphro legendary should open up other duo boons that use curses but like how the infusion boons from hera and hestia. Dont knownif it would be over kill tho
You don't realy need the best boon cast ever for this build but it sure damn is better with the strongest Omega cast ever (and since you don't care about your omega cast's cost, Apollo/Zeus duo is a very good way to make your cast super strong) Edit : Also I don't understand why maximising hearthrobs is the best build with this weapon
Hearthrobs do a crazy amount of damage, you generate one every omega special, which is constantly. With the duo, you generate 3 hearthrobs, which is roughly 600 damage on top of the 120 of the omega cast, and 70 or so of the omega special.
I finally got all 3 darks so I can use the same cards as you 😮💨 Edit: maybe mention an alternative card layout for 29 slots in your vids for people with bad luck if you wanna
It has a niche use if you wanna play extremely safe. Freeze enemies then hit them to clear it then freeze again (the first instance of freeze they can’t move for a few seconds, which would be very often with this duo.) Smithy sprint + cold storage means everything can be frozen for most encounters. Now I didn’t say this is fun or efficient though. But safe.
Vodka isn't tasty. That's not an opinion, that's fact. Ask vodka distillers, and they'll tell you the ultimate goal is for it to be indistinguishable from water. Any flavor on top of water is considered imperfection in flavor. Really good vodka is fine, because it's close to water, but it's not tasty.
Haelian: I don’t need max magic so skips Psyche (+3 max magic)
Also Haelian: takes max magic in the very next room lole

Didn’t Charon have an oar (the paddle) in Hades 1? Imagine him not only with a proper weapon but this one 💀
There’s some dialogue where it’s revealed Charon already wielded the axe. I think it’s with Hecate.
Disappointing that they didn't reskin the axe to look like Charon's oar...

Demeter basically lets you stunlock enemies even if they have armor. And this game _loves_ spamming armoured enemies.

Why is it every haelian video I watch there is a chaos fish?
Fish want him, gods fear him
I swear he always gets darkness in chaos rooms, and yet I cant seem to find a single one myself
They're not too uncommon
Upgrade Toula and you'll see them in every Run like I Do.

stopped watching this guy when he said he doesn't like cheese, can't trust him after that

the Hephaestus/Demeter buo kinda sucks. Why not make it something like "your blast effects deal critical damage to frozen foes?"
