What is the size of the aux port?? I can't find it in the manual and I can't find anything larger in diameter than 3.5 mm and it's too loose and won't connect properly.
3.5mm. Standard aux connection.
I think the impedance on the 3.5mm AUX input is non-standard. When I connect my smartphone's headphone jack to the AUX input with a 3.5mm cable, the volume is extremely faint. I listen to the radio around volume 16, but I need to raise it to about 40 to hear music from my phone.
Did you solve the problem friend? The same thing happens to me, you only hear something up to the maximum level.

Can't open door on compartment to auxiliary port. How does it open? It clicks when i push on it. Resists when i pull on it ..
