I notice you have pressure going into both sides. This would work much better if you had pressure only going into the "scoop" side and left the other side open.
My compressor has a maximum pressure of 8bar, which is 116PSI if I'm not mistaken. The turbine was tested at this pressure. Unfortunately, I do not know the engine speed because I do not have an instrument to measure the RPM.
